Hotels with WiFi in Hua Hin

"I was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video. As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away. In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket. On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair. In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10."

"I've wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time, and it truly is 100% family-friendly, a perfect place to unwind, relax, zone out, and enjoy easy parenting ❤️. Although it's a bit far from Hua Hin city center, there's a market, night market, and supermarket within a 5-10 minute walk behind the hotel. They also have a shuttle bus to department stores and the downtown night market, and Grab taxis are convenient and affordable. The water park is right across from the hotel, which really saves a lot of hassle with kids and all their gear, not to mention showers and getting ready. It's fantastic to just go straight back to the hotel for a shower and rest after playing! The hotel also has a kids' play area and provides game tokens to use the facilities. In conclusion: If you're coming to Hua Hin for a family vacation with kids, this is the place to be! 🥰"

"The hotel has undergone fantastic upgrades! They now have a 24-hour gym and laundry room, which is super convenient. The parking lot has also been upgraded with plenty of charging stations, a huge relief for electric car owners – so nice! On the first floor, there's a kids' play area and a 24-hour self-service coffee machine offering freshly ground coffee. The staff are proactive and enthusiastic about helping with milk, sugar, ice, and even packaging it nicely for takeout [strong][strong][strong]. The hotel breakfast has improved even further, with a wide variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes. There are also many international guests in the restaurant, showing that the hotel is continually getting better. In the evenings, they offer 'late-night noodles' for free, with choices like noodles, vermicelli, and sweet porridge, all delicious. The Disney bus and subway shuttle services are both convenient. When I wanted to go to Wanda Plaza, they proactively offered to take me there. The service just keeps getting better. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent; the bed sheets and duvet covers are soft and comfortable, and even the corners are meticulously cleaned. Housekeeping replaces the bedding daily and replenishes toiletries promptly and thoroughly. They even washed and ironed my clothes perfectly before delivering them to my room. In short, every service staff member is warm and attentive. At checkout, they can even make nail art for children and proactively taught us how to make beautiful painted fans. They also provide thoughtful items like steam eye masks and cooling patches. This hotel is highly recommended; the service is truly excellent, the facilities are complete and modern, it's very clean, and the location is convenient, close to the city center."

"Stayed at Kundala Beach Hotel Hua Hin and had a really great experience. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront vibe, very peaceful and private. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere near the beach was amazing, especially if you just want to relax and enjoy the sea view. Overall, a very cozy and aesthetic hotel in Hua Hin. Would definitely come back again!"

"I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I booked this place for my dad’s birthday and requested a simple birthday card for him, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with towels shaped into “HBD” and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The service from every staff member was truly amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and meaningful. Small details like this made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself was also beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a getaway and quality family time. Everything was well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. "Initially we stayed for 5 nights and then we liked the hotel and decided to stay for another 5 nights. Price value performance is great. Location unbeatable 2 minutes to market village and 10 minutes to Blueport by walking, from the hotel to the beach 3 minutes walk and it's on the main road of Hua Hin. The lady who was cleaning our room on daily basis really did a great job. And the uncle who carried our luggage when we checked in and stored for us on the day of check out was super friendly was a huge smile every time we met. I think these people are the ones who make hotels nice one not the building"

"This is a small 5-star hotel located close to the beach. The service is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and professional. The only thing we did not particularly like was the shower in the bathroom, which is fixed to the wall and cannot be adjusted or moved. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a fitness center or EV charging facilities, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return again in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway."

"Loved the size of the apartment and location was central and easy to get around. For the price we paid it was well and truely value for money. Breakfast delivered to the room daily was great, the pool was nice and refreshing after a day sight seeing or at the beach. We stayed on the street side of the complex so there was a little traffic noise, but nothing that kept us late at night or woke you early in the morning. But if I did stay again I would ask to stay in one of the units from 6-10 as I think they would be a little quieter. Staff were great, friendly and helpful, security guard was a champion and stopped traffics for us every time we drove in and out in the car, was always on the job and reactive to anyone entering via the driveway. Had a great stay and if I go back to Hua Hin will definitely check availability of the Villas."
