"This is my go-to hotel. Every year, I travel from Bangkok to the south of Thailand several times and always stay at the Ibis. I was surprised to see that the guy at the front desk is still working there, as is the perpetually busy and saluting parking attendant grandpa =). It's about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the beach. We love this hotel because it's affordable, has good breakfasts, and you don't encounter drunken guests like you sometimes do in condos. There are also two parking lots. Night markets, cafes, and massage parlors are all nearby."

"I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The accommodation is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, trees, and a blue swimming pool. It's peaceful and truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are complete. All the staff are friendly, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to assist. We received a very warm welcome. There are many picturesque spots for photos, and every angle turns out beautifully. The overall atmosphere is relaxing, calm, and very private. The hotel is also within walking distance to the beach. This is definitely a place I'd love to revisit. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for beautiful accommodation with a great atmosphere, peace, and impressive service. 💕"

"I was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video. As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away. In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket. On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair. In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10."

"The pool was really clean, and I especially loved how they divided it into two sections: a family pool with slides where kids could have a blast. The slides were exciting, even for adults, despite being only 200-300 meters long. There was always a shuttle available to take you to the beach and other pool area on the other side, which was also beautiful. I left two chargers behind, and they were incredibly responsive, helping me find them right away, even in the middle of the night. The value for money is outstanding, perfect if you don't mind it being a few kilometers further out. The beach was incredibly quiet. There are some great little restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven too. Across the street, there's a small shop with a turtle logo that offers delicious food at reasonable prices."

"The hotel's pool area is really nice, and the food prices are affordable. A couple of rooms had a slight odor from the drains. There's a shuttle service to two large malls, but the wait times between pickups and drop-offs are a bit long. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I booked this place for my dad’s birthday and requested a simple birthday card for him, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with towels shaped into “HBD” and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The service from every staff member was truly amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and meaningful. Small details like this made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself was also beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a getaway and quality family time. Everything was well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my dad’s birthday so special. We were honestly very touched and impressed by the kindness and effort from the staff. "Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. It’s clean , it’s in a quiet area a little down the road from the markets and busier area- that’s not a bad thing. Theres a shuttle bus that takes you up to that area for around 30 baht. (2 people) The wifi is good when it connects but we had a lot of trouble with it disconnecting often, particularly on phones. In the room we only got 3G , so this was a bit annoying. Not the end of the world. We filtered the rooms by pet friendly and about 4 options showed, we booked the room closest to the main pool right on the beach. When we arrived we were told this room isn’t pet friendly. So we had to cancel that room and rebook another. The staff were nice about it but it was annoying. They refunded immediately. I dare say this is a Trip issue rather than the hotel. Overall good hotel and great for beachfront proximity."

"Close to tourist attractions, just a short walk away. There's a shuttle bus to attractions on a schedule, but you need to inform them in advance. If you want to go to 7/11, it's a bit of a walk. On the day I checked in, the bathroom door was broken, and the air conditioning wasn't very cool during the day. The staff provided good service. Overall, it's OK."

"The accommodation environment is excellent, suitable for families or couples. You can add breakfast to your stay, and the food is good and well worth the extra cost. The hotel has its own private beach, which is much quieter and less crowded compared to public beaches."

"This is my second time staying in this hotel. As usual, the room is very nice and staff are with good customer services. Location is convenient. We drive our own car with free parking. 7-11 is just located opposite the hotel. We bought wine and drinks and enjoy inside the room with a pool. The room is large and fabulous. Staff are welcoming and friendly with smile on their faces."
