The experience was standard, but I noticed some missing details in the room's layout. Specifically, the lack of a towel hanger by the shower and no where to put personal items..and etc. Also the light in the bath room was not able to be turned off during the night, making the bed room still bright. The breakfast was also just average in comparison to other properties in Hua Hin (more like below standard to the half priced property) However, the staffs were welcoming.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I booked this place for my dad’s birthday and requested a simple birthday card for him, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with towels shaped into “HBD” and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The service from every staff member was truly amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and meaningful. Small details like this made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself was also beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a getaway and quality family time. Everything was well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my dad’s birthday so special. We were honestly very touched and impressed by the kindness and effort from the staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service. 💖

This is a great place to stay, very clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we pulled in. Mr. Pruek at reception was particularly helpful, guiding me through the booking process on the app when I called about my reservation. He even surprised me with birthday cookies! For good promotions, I recommend contacting Mr. Pruek at the counter. I was very impressed and will definitely be back again! ❤️

The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming. It's super convenient to get to the night market! Enjoying breakfast by the sea and chatting with friends was such a pleasant experience! The beach is also beautiful. Highly recommended!

Stepping into the room was a real 'wow' moment! It's so spacious with a warm, inviting feel. The king-size bed is incredibly soft; I practically didn't want to get up. The bed linens are as fine and smooth as those in a luxury hotel. The sofa corner is perfectly arranged for lounging. I especially love the adjustable bedside lamps – just switching them on instantly puts me in vacation mode. The bathroom is HUGE! It has separate wet and dry areas, plus a bathtub right by the window 🛁✨. The water pressure is excellent, the temperature is consistent, and the amenities have a lovely, subtle scent. Full marks, ten out of ten, no deductions!

Everything was ok, an option to have your breakfast inside would have been good as it still gets very hot in the morning. If you like quiet isolated locations then this is perfect.
