"New hotel with very tidy rooms and toilets. Shower is well prepared. Kind and helpful receptionists. Small comment on the basement parking: it is very small and requires more attention if any guest hits other guest’s parked car. Yes already cctv on place but need some organization of the parking itself. Other than that no negative points. I stayed in twice few months apart and the hotel remained perfect. Strongly recommended"

"I stayed for 5 nights initially and then booked 2 more. The price-performance ratio is good; the hotel is clean, and there's a supermarket nearby. There aren't many places to eat or shop around. If you're traveling for business, this hotel is worthwhile."

"The location of the hotel is convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the reception for arranging a shuttle bus to pick me from the airport in such a short notice. "This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations."

LLilifengI'd give this hotel a perfect score, but you really need to upgrade your room type. It's especially great for business travelers, as the rooms come equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. Staying in this kind of room can save you a lot of money; if you find a lot of the local food isn't quite to your taste, you can easily cook for yourself since there's a stovetop – though we didn't actually try lighting it, so I'm not sure if it works. You could also try ordering Chinese food from outside, bringing it back to store in the fridge, and then heating it up in the microwave the next day. The living room and bedroom are separate, which is excellent.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

GGuest UserWe stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

The hotel combines modern luxury with warm hospitality, making it a standout choice in the heart of Doha. The location is superb — directly connected to City Center Mall and just minutes from West Bay, the Corniche, and other major landmarks. Whether you're in Doha for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed — from fast Wi-Fi to a well-appointed work desk and luxurious bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive selection of international and Middle Eastern dishes. I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of the food, as well as the attentive and courteous service from the restaurant staff. Other hotel facilities — including the pool, fitness center, and spa — were well-maintained and inviting. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with a routine during travel. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or concierge, the service was consistently excellent. City Centre Rotana Doha is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.
