Hotels with WiFi in Dammam

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and all the in-house restaurants are delicious. The hotel's meeting facilities are also excellent. Room: Clean and hygienic, up to 5-star standard. The bed is very comfortable, and the mini-bar offers free drinks.

The hotel is beautiful in terms of reception, rooms, tranquility, and staff. I loved the experience and will repeat it, God willing. Thank you all.

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

This stay was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, it's great value for money, just like the pictures on the official website.

1. The breakfast needs more variety. 2. Please ensure a better separation between smoking and non-smoking rooms. 3. We experienced a delay with our early check-in and hope for more flexibility in handling this aspect in the future. 4. Organize parking for guests with special needs.

It's a nice hotel to stay close by all the shops. It also had a clean pool and they provided the towels as requested. The only problem is that we got bitten in the room not sure what that was but it was daily The pool area did not have any sun loungers as we thought it would have The staff are friendly at the reception I am not sure if I would go back there at this moment due to the insects in the room (bedbugs)

She kindly allowed me to check in earlier, which made my stay even more convenient. In addition, one of the housekeeping staff members was also very supportive and attentive. Overall, my stay was truly amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and dedication of the staff.

The service is excellent, the receptionist is very generous and approachable also Mahdi.. Its just the amenities are old, the hairblow dry is not working, some lights are not working, the walls and bed are old, no hotel slippers and no english movie.. But the service and the location are excellent.

The room is large, but the facilities are old and poor. The room is very dark, and the experience is not very good in all aspects. There are many Chinese people going to Saudi Arabia now. It is recommended that Ctrip include more local hotels to increase everyone's choices.
