KkareninagurlFirst I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

MMikhail MitiakovThe best memories of Dammam are our hotel. We arrived late at night, settle us just a minute afterwards, having tea with finice. We have been waiting for a great breakfast prepared by skilled cooks and served by mega friendly waiters. The rooms are clean, spacious, the service is excellent. Also very much liked the gym.

أشكر إدارة الفندق بالكامل وعلى رأسهم الأستاذ محمد الدوسري على حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي. ما قصّروا أبدًا، وقدّموا لي ترقية إلى جناح أوسع من الغرفة المحجوزة، مما أضاف لمسة جميلة للتجربة.
الغرفة (الجناح) كانت فسيحة ومريحة جدًا، نظيفة ومرتبة، بديكور أنيق وتوزيع عملي بين غرفة النوم والجلوس، إضافةً إلى حمام واسع ومجهز بجودة عالية.
الخدمة كانت سريعة والاستجابة لأي طلب ممتازة، وهذا يعكس احترافية الفريق واهتمامهم براحة النزلاء.
باختصار، كانت إقامة استثنائية أشكر فيها كل العاملين على مجهودهم وحرصهم على رضا النزلاء. بالتأكيد ستكون خياري الأول عند زيارة الدمام مستقبلًا

GGuest UserEvery thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety
The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days
The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat

GGuest UserThe bathroom was very unclean, with hair and nail clippings indicating the need for a deep cleaning. Furthermore, it lacked an exhaust fan, and the prayer mat also required washing.
As for the services and price, they were great, as were the size of the room and the cooperation of the staff, whether reception or workers.
