I stayed in the hotel seven times because it's the best in the blood now, and I noticed - unfortunately - the service level is falling remarkably over time, although the hotel is about a year old. The reception is nice, but the time they were helping to choose rooms more and the price. Now unfortunately, no, they don't have the perfect fit for a psychological and social work. The services really feel that they have a worker that is so impressive that if you ask outside, you get it yourself, hahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh And this happened several times, so you know that the demand arrived only after it started to get less heat. The room cleaning was excellent, especially a mustafa on a creature and honey man. And the club had an analytic, with very few devices.

The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

On the first day I went there, there was no record in the restaurant. I had to call the front desk to confirm. The next day I went for dinner. I had already reported my room number before the meal, but when I left after eating, the restaurant staff chased me out and asked me if I had paid! ?

Breakfast was good. The little Saudi girl at the front desk was very friendly and asked why she did not wear a veil. She said why she needed to wear it. The concierge bus took the initiative to bring us luggage. The check-out time is 1:00, we check out at 3:00, the front desk will charge half-day price, we said that we do not know the situation, whether it can be waived, the front desk agreed, it was a pleasant experience, and will come again on the next business trip.

We love the hotel lobby decor. Room is quiet, spacious and clean. Bathroom too. Wifi is strong. Staffs are helpful. We get to view the room 1st to ensure it meets our satisfaction. They also helped us to arrange for transportation for our early departure to airport. Many shops and cafe around the area. The Souk is around 30 mins walk away. We ordered Ala carte breakfast and portions were generous. Nothing to dislike. Just to note that Cornish view rooms are for family rooms only. Normal rooms do not have Cornish view.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly (not always a given in KSA, where tourism is new and often hotel staff are unfamiliar with foreign tourists) and the room was outstanding. We weren't expecting an equipped kitchen and a sofa! Wifi was excellent, and both the pool and sauna were wonderful. The stand-out feature for us was the breakfast, which surpassed all expectations - and is one of the reasons we would certainly return to this hotel on our next visit to Dammam.

The services were up to the mark while the accommodations system appeared to be one of the bests. The hotel is always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from different countries. The environment is friendly and warm and the treatment as a guest or as an individual is adorable indeed. Staying at the hotel was truly relaxing for me.
