"Nice and clean hotel foe its age. It's located in a great location as its name states. Close enough to walk to many of the things your coming here for. The restaurant in the mall that serves guests staying at the hotel was very good. Bean Talk bistro. Only negative I could think of is thetes a little noise when guests are entering and exiting there rooms and they don't have netflix. But overall it was a great stay. Definitely will stay at this hotel agian."

"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. "Excellent service all through! From the guys assisting outside with the Vehicles to the most friendly front desk staff and a clean comfortable lobby, this place ROCKS!!! The restaurant Amare La Cucina is on the same site, they serve excellent Italian Cuisine with wood fire oven pizza, was a very pleasant experience, also had great tasting baby back ribs. I would give this restaurant a 10 out of 10! Along with the hotel. 10 out of 10!"

"Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles."

"I stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio. The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start. When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay. In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price. The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations."

"Located along Ambuklao Rd, not centrally located but accessible. There is a jeepney terminal very close to the hotel which helps. Spacious rooms. Very reasonably priced. I liked the garden at the back with a very good view, perfect for quiet time/medidation. Having a nearby restaurant, Arca’s Yard Cafe, which is just walking distance from the hotel, is a plus. Had most of my meals here, breakfast is much cheaper than at Lee Boutique hotel where breakfast is P600 for a set plate. I haven’t tried Grab food but reception told me this can be an option too."

"Had a wonderful stay at Chalet Baguio. The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the cool Baguio weather. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. What I appreciated most was the peaceful environment and the convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying some quiet time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Baguio."
