City Center Hotel
8.8 (39 reviews)

City Center Hotel ★★★

📍 Mabini St, 42 Session Rd, Baguio

"Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of the city, which was very convenient. However, we experienced an issue with the room window leaking whenever the rain and wind became strong. We understand that the weather was particularly bad during our stay, but unfortunately, water continued to enter the room despite the staff placing towels around the window and wiping the floor. I hope the hotel can properly address and fix this issue for future guests."

City Center Hotel ★★★
"City Center Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Baguio. Its location is one of its biggest strengths, with Burnham Park, Session Road, SM Baguio, the public market, and numerous restaurants and cafés all within walking distance. It is a very convenient base for exploring the city without relying on transportation. One area that could be improved is the complimentary breakfast at Beans Talk Bistro. Since the restaurant has limited seating, it tends to get crowded during peak breakfast hours, and guests may have to wait for a table. It would be a great improvement if the hotel provided a dedicated breakfast area or offered room service as an alternative. Overall, City Center Hotel offers excellent value, especially for its unbeatable location, and is highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient place to stay in Baguio."

Lafaayette Luxury Suites Baguio ★★★
"Stayed for 5 nights. The interior design and aesthetics are great. But the service is absolute dogsh*t. I've had better dining experience in Jollibee. Checking in was easy but the doorman just watched me unload all my luggage from the trunk of the taxi. One time coming back during late night where the cafe and restaurant is already closed, me and my partner got stopped by security and asking what our purpose are in the building just screams discriminatory. During breakfast, we never got a greeting. But, will get interrupted during a phone call. Breakfast is a game of guessing where they'll hold it wether at the 11th or ground floor. We have to call everytime because they'll change it without notice. Wifi also sucks. Had to rely on my phone data most of the time. Bidet is also strong asf lol. Atleast, the housekeeping crew are nice. Overall; overrated and overpriced for the service they provide. Only good for 1-2 nights of stay. Enough for you to take pictures for your Instagram."

NYC Manhattan Suites ★★
"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would gladly recommend NYC Manhattan Suites to others and consider staying here again on our future visits to Baguio."

Uphill Baguio Managed by Baguio Terra ★★★
"The rooms at Uphill Baguio are great. There's no air conditioning, just one fan, but you can really feel Baguio's cool air, especially in the morning. The windows even fog up as if the air has ice in it. It's clean and bright everywhere, from the lobby and canteen, and especially the room where my family and I stayed. They also have complete amenities, the staff are cheerful, and of course, they offer FREE breakfast every morning. Their brewed coffee is unlimited, which you'll definitely keep coming back for, especially if you're a coffee lover like me. Thank you, Uphill Baguio, for making our trip to Baguio City to witness the Panagbenga Festival 2026 even more enjoyable and meaningful. We'll book with you again next time we visit Baguio. Thank you very much, Uphill Baguio, until next time!"

"First the location is hard to find, staff are not friendly, they are not coordinated well, during our stay we are about to redeem our breakfast they said someone already used it and they hold us not letting us in, my question is why they don’t check the names? Or atleast room key? Then during check out one of the towel got stained like lip tint which is washable they over charge us for 1,350 just for single towel so if your planning to stay in this hotel better bring your own towel. The room is not so clean. I won’t recommend staying in this hotel."
