"The place leads you to unconnect from tension and stress. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and friendly. What I didn't like is that there are several chairs to sit, even in the rooms, which had dirt screws ... that did not give confidence to sit. The breakfast included is very wide and all the dishes are super cools with good taste."

"The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. "This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow."

"This hotel is located away from the city center, offering a beautiful view and is very comfortable, with a pool and parking, situated in the most picturesque part of the island. The beach is just across the way, although it's not ideal for swimming due to many rocks. The facilities could use some maintenance, but these are just minor details. I still recommend it. The service staff is very friendly, and it feels very safe. Mayaquita, a fantastic place to eat, is right on the corner."

"Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended."

"The best location on Isla Mujeres. It is also a relatively large hotel on the island. The front desk service is very good. The room has been upgraded. It has a large space and a suite with a front view of the sea. The hotel's exclusive beach is across the road but very close. The texture is fine and white, and the waves are not big. It is very suitable for swimming and the experience is great!"

"Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience."

"We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained."
