Hotels with Breakfast in Isla Mujeres

All the staff were really friendly, the service was excellent, and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, and I really felt like I was able to experience something out of the ordinary. All of the hotel activities were great too! However, personally, although the food and drinks all looked good, I felt that there wasn't much that I liked. The color of the sea was also overwhelmingly more beautiful in the north of Isla Mujeres, so I would recommend going to the north at least once rather than just staying at the hotel. Still, I'm glad I had the opportunity to stay here.

Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended.

Did you expect too much... First of all, it's a pity that I didn't receive the buckler service well. I tried to install the app in Korea, but I couldn't authenticate the app, so I exchanged it with KakaoTalk, but the answer came quickly, but the execution time was too slow. If you ask me to do something, you have to tell me two or three times... Because there are so many people, I think you must make a reservation for all restaurants. And it took a very long time to order food from room service or at a restaurant. It took more than an hour... Still, I think it's hard to follow any hotel in terms of facilities, beach-owned chic cabaret show, etc. Still, I have intention to revisit ~!~!

Very good service, the place is very far from the center but the service and facilities are very good.

The location is super nice! The facility is not new but well maintained. The room is vey clean with fridge and air con. The matrix is very comfortable. Had two nights of great sleep. There is no elevator in the hotel but the staff can help to carry the luggage.

Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées, le personnel est sympa malgré la douche qui a été oubliée au nettoyage de la chambre à notre arrivée

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!
