All the staff were really friendly, the service was excellent, and it was a wonderful stay.
The hotel was beautiful, and I really felt like I was able to experience something out of the ordinary. All of the hotel activities were great too!
However, personally, although the food and drinks all looked good, I felt that there wasn't much that I liked.
The color of the sea was also overwhelmingly more beautiful in the north of Isla Mujeres, so I would recommend going to the north at least once rather than just staying at the hotel.
Still, I'm glad I had the opportunity to stay here.

Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

The location is super nice! The facility is not new but well maintained. The room is vey clean with fridge and air con. The matrix is very comfortable. Had two nights of great sleep. There is no elevator in the hotel but the staff can help to carry the luggage.

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

I really like hotel because it has everything within walking distance with a beautiful beach across the street. Price is very reasonable, but make sure you get the new side and not the old. I have stayed there several times and still love it!
