"Great hotel very near to Vilnius train station. Only a short walk from the historic Old town. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was equipped with all the necessities. Please note that the restaurant was only open for breakfast during my time there, thankfully Vilnius has plenty of great authentic restaurants!"

For other amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps, you need to ask at reception. There's also a kettle, coffee, and tea available. The airport bus stop is right outside the hotel."

"not too far away from the central train station or the bus station. spacious enough for me and my suitcase. breakfast was alright and there are enough vegetarian options for me, i’m very satisfied. wifi was super weak tho. i liked the window design. luggage storage was available after check out and when i came back to get the luggage, there was no one at the reception and i just opened the door to the luggage room and got my stuff (the door wasn’t locked which was kinda concerning, but it was locked when i left my luggage there and the staff opened the door for me) so i guess they ain’t too serious about locking the door lol but overall the stay was fantastic and i will come back if i come to vilnius again"

"I stayed here with my sister for 2 nights as our flight was early in the morning at 5am. First of all it’s only 20 minutes by public transport (go to airport) from the centre. Then a less than 10 minutes walk to get to this lovely hotel. Uptown check in staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. For the price, amenities, service and location it’s worth every penny. Bonus IKEA is very close for a very cheap meal."

I hope they can help the sewers and ask if there are cleaning staff every day (the front desk informs: clean 2 times a day) and hope they can give us the missing bath, soap and paper towels. The front desk staff at the time was not bad. We recorded our problems and said that we would send people to check them out. I went back to the apartment in the evening and found that the sewer was well-passed. The missing paper towels (toilet) had been given, and I also helped to change the bath towels, but did not give us bath products. We thought it might not be the day, and someone will make up the next day. On the third day, when we went out, we packed up our luggage deliberately (I thought someone would clean it, because the front desk said 2 days/1 time) until I arrived at the apartment in the evening, and no one came to clean it! This is even better! Our bathing supplies were completely used up! There is no way, we have a reaction with the front desk (the front desk on duty at the 14th), I hope she will give us the bathing supplies, otherwise we can't take a shower! Who knows that this front desk (the front desk on the 14th) doesn't believe it, tells us that they will add bathing consumables every day (we don't have one day to supplement consumables in 3 days) and have been with us for a long time! Just don't believe us! It seems that we are going to cheat the shower gel. And we are 3 people, according to reason, there should be 3 copies, but only gave us 2 copies! And his family shower gel is very small, a little girl with long hair is not enough! So the experience feels particularly bad!"
