Courtyard Vilnius City Center

The Employee training is needed. At the time of check-in, the staff extended the late check-out (2PM) as Marriot membership benefit. But the next day, another employee called at 12 PM and asked to check out right away. We were not ready (we knew it was 2 o'clock), so we had to argue with her to have some time to pack our luggage. We felt terrible because the attitude of employee and the service didn't be like Marriott. It was very disappointing stay.

We stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed! The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the city center. We even walked to the Christmas tree celebration, which was especially lovely during the festive season. The breakfasts deserve special praise: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with clear attention to detail. In the evenings, we couldn’t resist visiting the hotel bar—the cocktails were expertly crafted and truly outstanding, each one like a little work of art. An excellent choice for anyone who values comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere!

It's my first time to stay at Courtyard Marriott and I have to say that it was memorable. The receptionist "Greta" checked me in early. Kudos to her!! The service was efficient, check in/out was fast. Helpful and courteous. Breakfast was amazing so as the waiters! Always available and smiley. Perhaps add more fruits like bananas and kiwis. The room was spotless clean, with soft linens, spacious and furnished in modern design. Location: superb! Only 5-10 mins walk to the old town. Transportation: bus stops near the hotel (buses #1&2) from the train station. Price: super ok Amenities: the gym is small but it's ok. Maybe include also a sauna/pa would be perfect. And also the bathroom amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and etc. and add more hooks to hang the jackets and pants in the room. I will definitely come back here again and highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel for a one-day business visit, and it was a great choice. The location was very convenient, and the service was excellent. Everything was well organized and comfortable - perfect for a short business stay.

All ok,except for a lousy mattress...don't they turn them over?? Left side has really been slepped in,middle and right side hardly= pronounced dip like someone really heavy .The stool in the room is a foot hazard.protruding metal legs.....breakfast is top grade aswell as the staff.

Very good room and location. Breakfast was very standard and generic unfortunately. Also breakfast is very crowded.
