"The hotel is close to the bus stop, but there are some stairs you'll need to climb. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage, as the stairs are a little steep and narrow. Otherwise, you can walk around to the back of the hotel and use the ramp, which is much easier. There's a kitchen available for use. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center."

"The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. But what should also be highlighted positively was the delicious breakfast and the friendly service staff at breakfast."

The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it."

"We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a sign on reception asking to call someone to come and check us in as nobody was on reception. Wasn't really given any directions to our room. The man on reception just pointed one way to the breakfast room and the way to our room. We were in room 101, no lifts to take us and our large cases, but had to navigate several flights of stairs. When we did eventually find our room, it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the room was always cold. Heating is turned off at this time of year and only 1 blanket in the wardrobe. Breakfast was really poor. You have to access it via the adjoining Korean restaurant and down a twisted staircase, not good for anyone with mobility issues. As for the offerings, hard stale bread, had to ask for butter and jam as nothing laid out. Even though it's a tiny breakfast room with not many people, food wasn't replenished often so you just went without. Eggs had to be ordered from the kitchen. The coffee machine wasn't nice at all. I have had better supermarket brand instant coffee than this machine made. The spa has to be booked at least 2 hours in advance. My husband used it but didn't even bother with the jacuzzi as it looked like it had pond scum in it, not clean at all. Plus it was very busy and not a relaxing environment, so he didn't stay long. The only advantage to this hotel is the location. Just within the old town, so easy to walk to most places of interest. A short 10 minute walk to the train and bus stations. Other than that, one of the least enjoyable stays we've had in the 41 European countries we've visited so far. Wouldn't stay here again as the standard just isn't good."

"We paid upfront for 2 rooms for 3 nights stay at this hotel. Wednesday 10th June until Saturday 13th June. However our plans changed so we didn't check on onnthe 10th June. not an issue we thought as we paid upfront. Thinking we woll check in on the 11th June not even thinking about it. we arrived at the hotel on the 11th to be tod they have cancelled all the accommodation as we failed to check in on the first day. Hotel policy. they offered no refunds and where unable to offer me a room as the hotel was full. not sure how that can be as we had paid upfront for 2 rooms. however that was there policy. I guess we will learn from this event. luckily TRIP.com where outstanding in assisting us."
