"Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet."

Attention to detail is impeccable, and the service team is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous, making guests feel completely at ease. Regarding dining, breakfast offers a delightful combination of à la carte and buffet options, with an extensive and nutritious selection. For dinner, I'd suggest exploring nearby restaurants for better value and variety. Its location is truly a 'hidden gem' – secluded yet convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski village's commercial area, which even in summer has a pleasant buzz. For those driving, it offers privacy and convenience. Guests without a car can easily connect via the Hilton hotel next to the ski slope, ensuring clear and efficient transportation. Niseko, beautiful year-round, truly transforms into a ski paradise in winter. The hotel's exclusive gondola serves as a 'private access lane,' offering genuine ski-in/ski-out convenience. Paired with a master-designed night illumination show, it adds a romantic touch to the snowy evenings. Compared to other popular ski resorts, this area feels more tranquil and private, making it especially ideal for families or discerning travelers seeking a premium experience. Undoubtedly, the standout features are the exclusive ski-in/ski-out gondola and the resort's appealing atmosphere, perfect for both summer and winter. The off-peak season, priced at nearly half of peak season rates, offers outstanding value. It's highly recommended for guests who value tranquility and appreciate meticulous service – whether it's a summer escape from the heat or a winter ski adventure, guests will find a double delight of comfort and serenity here."

"Our group of four occupied a single room to facilitate conversation. While the room was somewhat compact for four beds, the breakfast offered was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The counter staff were proficient in English, and the hotel provided English television programming, unlike other establishments. The staff consistently demonstrated courtesy and friendliness, and were highly capable of addressing our inquiries."

"The plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen. The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?"

"Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind. However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling… All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE. The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho."

"This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Moiwa and Annupuri ski resorts, with a handy shuttle service. The scenery is beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, with the option to self-cater. There's also a large public bath and massage room on the 3rd floor, and ski lockers, washing machines, and dryers on the 1st floor – excellent facilities all around. The staff are friendly, and there's even Chinese-speaking staff available. The only downside is a sewer smell, which seems to permeate the entire hotel."

"Overall, it was a good experience. I booked a two-bedroom suite, and for Niseko, the size and amenities offered excellent value for money. Most hotels in Japan have small rooms, so while villas and apartments might be larger, this size was just right for a smaller group. The only hassle was that if you don't book consecutive nights in advance, extending your stay means having to change rooms constantly. Unlike hotels in my home country, it's not as convenient to simply extend your stay in the same room, perhaps due to limited room availability. 😡"

"This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back."

"There is a Gaoqiao Ranch near the hotel, about 10 minutes' walk away. The environment is very good, but the transportation is not very convenient. The kitchenware and facilities are very complete, especially suitable for a family or friends to travel. You can buy a lot of meat from the supermarket and cook it yourself, and you can also extend the check-out time appropriately. The price is a little expensive during the snow season, but it is still worth it."
