"Overall speaking - we love the hotel! Location - its a ski in ski out resort, only 1 minute walk away from the ticket office and rental. Shuttle buses are also available to commute to other resorts. Generally speaking, its a quieter area compared to Hirafu Services - Staff were very friendly and attentive, there is a ski valet at the hotel so it makes things so much easier for us Amenities - there is a hilton shop at the lobby, that also serves as a convenience store. As there is no convenience store around Niseko Village, the shop comes in handy. Love the onsen facility as well, perfect to wrap up the day after skiing Room - hotel room is slightly smaller and worn out than expected, but the view outside the room is amazing Would highly recommend Hilton NV!"

Attention to detail is impeccable, and the service team is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous, making guests feel completely at ease. Regarding dining, breakfast offers a delightful combination of à la carte and buffet options, with an extensive and nutritious selection. For dinner, I'd suggest exploring nearby restaurants for better value and variety. Its location is truly a 'hidden gem' – secluded yet convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski village's commercial area, which even in summer has a pleasant buzz. For those driving, it offers privacy and convenience. Guests without a car can easily connect via the Hilton hotel next to the ski slope, ensuring clear and efficient transportation. The off-peak season, priced at nearly half of peak season rates, offers outstanding value. "Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet."

"We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel is exquisite and the service is very good. You can rent ski equipment and buy ski tickets on the first floor. The hotel is not crowded, which is very convenient. The Hilton Hotel is too crowded and you have to queue. There is a magic carpet at the door, and the cable car of the Green Leaf Hotel is up, which is very convenient. I stayed with two children for 4 nights. Except that the breakfast was a little bad and the restaurant did not have lunch and dinner, everything else was fine!"

"This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run."

"Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind. However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling… All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE. The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho."

"This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back."

"Very traditional, amazing onsen and breakfast. Do leave the keys behind when you head out (traditional Japanese system). Must return to the accommodation and collect your keys by midnight. Parking is free (outdoors only). Drying room available is great for my snow gear."

"My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to add an additional guest for dinner that evening, who was also staying in the resort so instead we chose to cancel dinner and eat out all together. Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go. I would have liked a longer time there to try the food and also the Onsen as the hotel was lovely."
