"Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere.
The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable.
The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it.
Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet."

"Niseko in summer has its own distinct advantages. It's less crowded, the air is fresh and cool, and hotel rates are significantly lower. The hotel's decor is tasteful and understated, reminiscent of a city Ritz-Carlton. With fewer rooms, the service is remarkably attentive. Breakfast is a hybrid of a set menu and a small buffet spread, which was quite satisfying. We found the dinner restaurant to have a somewhat limited kitchen and offer average value for money, so we chose to dine out for our evening meals. The location is wonderfully quiet. While we had a private car, even without one, the Hilton is just across the ski slope, so transport isn't an issue. A short walk of a few minutes takes you to a ski commercial area, where a few restaurants remain open even in summer. I imagine it's quite expensive in winter, but I do wonder if Niseko's skiing truly surpasses Hemu's? A major perk, of course, is that the hotel essentially has its own dedicated ski lift, offering absolute ski-in/ski-out convenience. It's significantly smaller, quieter, and much less crowded than the Park Hyatt. However, I highly recommend taking the gondola up there at night and then walking down to experience the beautifully designed light exhibition – it's truly stunning."

"My stay at Hilton Niseko Village in Hokkaido was very convenient and enjoyable, especially for skiing. The hotel has excellent ski-in/ski-out access, with the gondola just a short walk from the ski valet. This made it very easy to start and finish a full day on the slopes without any hassle. The surrounding snow scenery was also beautiful.
After skiing, I really enjoyed relaxing in the onsen, which was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. Although the rooms are a bit dated, the overall experience was comfortable and the location is perfect for a ski holiday in Niseko."

"The plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen.
The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby.
I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?"

"Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind.
However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling…
All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE.
The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho."

"This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included.
It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel.
The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options.
There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise.
Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us.
We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better.
Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese.
The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel.
The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves.
Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway.
The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run."

"Overall, it was a good experience. I booked a two-bedroom suite, and for Niseko, the size and amenities offered excellent value for money. Most hotels in Japan have small rooms, so while villas and apartments might be larger, this size was just right for a smaller group. The only hassle was that if you don't book consecutive nights in advance, extending your stay means having to change rooms constantly. Unlike hotels in my home country, it's not as convenient to simply extend your stay in the same room, perhaps due to limited room availability. 😡"

The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back."

"There is a Gaoqiao Ranch near the hotel, about 10 minutes' walk away. The environment is very good, but the transportation is not very convenient. The kitchenware and facilities are very complete, especially suitable for a family or friends to travel. You can buy a lot of meat from the supermarket and cook it yourself, and you can also extend the check-out time appropriately. The price is a little expensive during the snow season, but it is still worth it."

My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to add an additional guest for dinner that evening, who was also staying in the resort so instead we chose to cancel dinner and eat out all together. Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go. I would have liked a longer time there to try the food and also the Onsen as the hotel was lovely.

Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise.
Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you.
All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful.
Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner.
The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.

When I booked, I was told that it was a public bathroom, so I didn't have much hope. But after entering the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised one after another. Three of the hotel's young ladies can speak Chinese, and we were able to communicate without any obstacles. First, I was shown around the hotel and learned about the public restrooms and toilets on the second floor, which were all very clean and tidy. Our room was on the third floor. It was not big, and we could open two suitcases, as well as a small coffee table and rattan chairs. There was also a bathroom on the third floor. Dinner was ordered in advance and required additional payment. We ordered two sets of chicken and pork. The boss's wife was very skilled, and my child and I ate them very well. The side dish of baked potatoes was also delicious. The child also asked for an extra bowl of rice and ate it all. The breakfast on the second day was served three times, with nuts, milk, toast, eggs, fruits, etc. It was so rich! The ingredients were all fresh and tasted very good. It felt even better than the breakfast at the four-star hotel the day before. Taking a shower on the first floor was not very convenient, but it was also very clean. The proprietress was very kind. She only spoke Japanese. Although we couldn't communicate directly, we had a pleasant communication through the translation of the young lady.
