Hotels near Arishima Memorial Park in Niseko

Service is the worst among all Hilton hotels i visited. Not enough staff and most of them are either inexperienced or not trained! An experienced ones are not welcoming at all and just talking among themselves on the concierge desk. Shuttle bus also delayed and not showed up according to the schedule provided. Room is old and TV channels are all domestic ones only. Restaurants don’t have proper wine menu and staff have no knowledge about wine /sake. Good thing is the location, next to ski slopes and niseko village.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

We stayed at the penthouse in 4 bedroom for 3 nights. The facilities and interior of the room were good and the view from the room was great. However, I felt the low hospitality that I couldn't think of as a luxury hotel everywhere. There is no smile at all, and I don't feel the desire to stand from the customer's point of view and spend more comfortably. However, it feels like the management is imposing the original rules and doing business. It corresponds to the guest who pays nearly 300,000 per night and stays continuously in a sense like a business hotel. I felt that there was no problem with the instructions of the seniors and the management policy of the management company itself, not only the problem on the site. I'm very sorry because the facilities are good. First of all, when I arrived, there was no sign of helping me unload my luggage from the car, and I was surprised at the attitude of watching in front of me. We dropped off all the luggage by ourselves in the car ２. There is no help at check-out. Although it is the highest suite, room cleaning is minimal as in other rooms, and the tableware used is not washed at all. I stayed at the penthouse in skye niseko several times last season, but the level of service and the flexibility were considerably better than the cherry blossoms. Anyway, it was not flexible, and there was a disappointing response of 々, but I omit it. I hope that the hotel will reconsider well and be worth the price and improve it to a heartfelt service.

The bunk bed room we stayed in actually has four beds that can sleep four people. The hotel is very new and clean. There is a special room for snowboards. Bathing is in the large bathing area. There is also a bath and the toilet is shared. Everything is very clean. , the public area is also very lively at twelve o'clock in the evening. In front of the hotel are a bus stop, a large supermarket, and a Lawson convenience store. The locally produced sashimi in the supermarket is so cheap. You can take the bus directly to Otaru from the bus stop in front of the hotel. We go directly to the hotel from Rusutsu Ski Resort to the hotel entrance. We go to and from Niseko Ski Resort many times a day, which is very convenient.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

The hotel is clean and soundproof. The hot spring is very good. The breakfast and dinner are also good. I give it 100 points. I will go again next time. The service staff is even better. It is a very worthwhile hotel The beautiful snow scenery and the lake view make me unforgettable! ! Amazing! !

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.

This hotel delivers more than expected! Usually the websites over promise and under deliver however this was the other way around! As others have mentioned rooms are quite small but completely adequate, the only thing we could suggest would be to offer coffee & tea in the room (there is a kettle & fridge). Bathroom has toileteries which are decent quality. Room was warm and thus ski clothes were dried well. There is good storage for ski equipment and a lovely small gym with good quality kit (open 24/7) All staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area giving good instructions and suggestions for places to eat. There is a shuttle service to the town but it is also a pleasant walk (without ski gear!) The small convenience store on site is ok but a little expensive (although this is independant of the hotel) Breakfast is plentiful, everything fresh and inviting to eat - there is an egg station where you can get eggs any which way. The diner us surprisingly good - a small menu but made to order and like breafast very fresh. The bar does happy hour and some lovely cocktails :) There is a ”common room” whereby you can cook for yourself - this would be good if travelling in a group. Overall a great mid priced (low for the area!) hotel

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. Nestled in the middle of Grand Hirafu and Mt. Yotei (the Mt. Fuji of Hokkaido) mountains stands this quaint charming budget boutique hotel that provides both shared common rooms and private rooms to their guests. It is one of the most affordable and charming boutique budget hotel in Niseko that is conveniently located in Yamada intersection about 10 mins bus ride from JR Kutchan Station using Niseko express. The hotel also offers free pick-up from Hirafu Center or JR Kutchan station but you need to book a day in advance. The lobby is a bit spacious with the lounge and a lot of seating area greeting you. The cafe is just beside the lobby. Check-in and check-out are very fast and the staff speaks good English and provide you all the hotel rules. There is no elevator in the hotel so if you're in the 3F need to walk-up the stairs but the staff could also assist you. We booked a twin room that costs only 200 dollars overnight with a small single pane window with a view of the main road. The beds are single beds combined together but their comfortable and soft. The shower and toilet is just the right space but the water heating is very difficult to adjust specially the hot water by turning just a bit there is a huge difference. The toilet bowl's flush is also not accurately sprouting the right water in the right direction. But other than these the room is very clean and cozy for a cold winter's night. They provide slippers, mini fridge and space for your clothes/luggage and enough power outlets. The breakfast is so unique and cute - a combination of Western and Japanese dishes and their sumptuous. Salad is fresh, Rice is properly cooked and the dishes are absolutely flavourful. WiFi is a bit slow though. The best part if the location just in front of the hotel is a 7 eleven with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Then behold the mountains behind the hotel on a clear day you will see the heavenly majestic amazingly wonderful Mt. Yotei, with its perfect pyramid cone shape they say it is the Mt. Fuji of Hokkaido. We are lucky to see it on our stay and we took hundreds of photos and videos and even walked into the back of the hotel walking along the creek and into the endless snow blanketed fields. If you look West from the hotel beholds Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu, a vast ski resort from the top of Mt. Annupuri. At the base lies the lovely Hirafu Village with many shops and restaurants along its path. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel that goes to Hirafu Center and at the same your could also walk for about 15 mins from Hirafu Village back to the hotel. It is indeed a unique and memorable experience staying at this place and although we only stayed overnight it felt like days. One of the amazing dish we tried here is the famous Hokkaido Miso Butter Ramen, which is truly unique, refreshing and divine. Finally, if we ever go back to Niseko there is no doubt we will stay again here at My Ecolodge - a great place to be.
