I'd compare it to Ichinobo in Sakunami Onsen, but Sakunami Onsen had a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere, and I especially liked the food. The food in Matsushima was very stylish and tasty, but the queues were sometimes long, so I wish there were some dishes that you could serve yourself.
