"Would definitely stay again! Location: Right next to the station, and the bus stop for Kagura Ski Resort is right outside the door. Environment: Clean and the bed was comfortable. Amenities: They have a large public bath, and self-service luggage storage after check-out. Value: Great value for money, no complaints so far!"

"The view in front of the station from the room is good. The curtains are also light-shielding and can sleep well. The clock in the bed was so noisy that I temporarily pulled out the battery. There are ２ types of pillows, so you can rest assured. I want you to keep onions for natto for breakfast. I wanted a lineup of miso soup. It's good to have coffee to take home."

"Really love the hotel. Its right in front of the train station. Check in was very smooth. The staff helped with the process. Then you are provided with a night gown to use. The room was quite spacious for Japan and it was comfortable. And the breakfast was nice too. It was a small spread but has variety and were all good. We have no complaints about this hotel and wish to stay at other Comfort Inns as well if all are as good as this hotel."

"Newly renovated hotel with spacious rooms and nice river view. Japanese and western style daily buffet breakfast included. There's also a public bath, coin laundry, fitness room and free parking for hotel guests. Excellent location as it's near the train station. The only thing is they blocked the smart TV features so I couldn't watch YouTube, Netflix etc. Hotel staff are nice and offered to change rooms for our friends. I'd definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Kitakami again!"

"I've stayed here several times, and it's definitely worth a repeat stay. If you're visiting Kitakami, definitely consider this hotel. The biggest draw is the rooftop bath. It has an open-air bath, sauna, cold water bath, and even a massage chair. I stayed in a twin room, but I used the bed as storage, which was convenient. Unlike business hotels, it doesn't have a unit bath or toilet, which I personally really like. I don't use the bus because I use the open-air bath, but I'm happy that the toilet is regular size. I think many people would appreciate it. It's not within walking distance of the station, but they do provide transportation."

"작년에 키타카미를 방문했을 때에는 역 앞 메츠호텔을 이용했었습니다 저는 게토코겐에서 스노우보드를 타기 위해 쿠사노 호텔을 선택했습니다 일단 위치가 매우 좋습니다 게토코겐 셔틀버스 첫번째 정류장이고 외출, 식사, 쇼핑 등 모두 도보 10분이내 주변에 있습니다 조식 매뉴도 괜찮고 무엇보다 9층에 욕탕이 있어서 스노우보드를 즐기고 피로를 풀 수 있습니다"
