"Location is very good, just two minutes walk from JR station. The shuttle bus stop to ski area is just one minute walk. Next to hotel is a big parking lot. Room is clean, but no hook for hanging stuff in the bathroom. No expectation in public bath, better than nothing. Kitakima is a very sleepy town, few selection of restaurants in town, no restaurant near the hotel, but one inside the hotel. Steak is great there. Wrong room type had been allocated to me ( not the problem of the hotel), but finally being compensated by Trip.com."

"A group of four of us booked a cabin on a whim, and I’m so happy we did!! We did a two-day ski trip to Geto Kogen, and I cannot stress enough how convenient these cabins were to the resort itself. We stayed overnight in between two days at the resort. The drive up to the resort was less than 20 minutes. The cabin itself was super cozy, so comfortable, had great amenities for the short time we were there, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Everything was very clean, the heater was already on when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful touch, and we were able to hang all our snow gear to dry thanks to the copious amounts of hangars available. We felt it was a crazy good deal based on the price, location, and availability to book it just a few days in advance. We will definitely be back in the summer to use the grill and go golfing at the country club!"

"The hotel breakfast was excellent. While it didn't offer as many varieties as a five-star hotel in China, everything was of superb quality. The hotel also has its own hot spring and a gym, though no sauna. The rooms are smaller than what you'd find back home, but other than that, everything else was a plus. The park behind the hotel is perfect for a morning run; I did ten kilometers there."

I stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included.
The room and bed were average.
The breakfast was delicious and the location was great (almost directly connected to the station).
I didn't mind the noise of the trains, especially the Shinkansen.

"I've stayed here several times, and it's definitely worth a repeat stay. If you're visiting Kitakami, definitely consider this hotel. The biggest draw is the rooftop bath. It has an open-air bath, sauna, cold water bath, and even a massage chair. I stayed in a twin room, but I used the bed as storage, which was convenient. Unlike business hotels, it doesn't have a unit bath or toilet, which I personally really like. I don't use the bus because I use the open-air bath, but I'm happy that the toilet is regular size. I think many people would appreciate it. It's not within walking distance of the station, but they do provide transportation."

"The TV's battery was low and I couldn't change the channel while in bed.
Also, the TV remote didn't have a timer, so I was worried I'd fall asleep and leave it on until morning, which kept me awake.
Maybe there was a control but I just didn't know how to operate it?
There was a buffet as a group was staying, but for 2,000 yen, there were very few dishes and I couldn't get coffee, so I felt it was very disappointing and expensive.
I've stayed at other Route Inns, but this was the first time I'd experienced such dissatisfaction."

"Really love the hotel. Its right in front of the train station. Check in was very smooth. The staff helped with the process. Then you are provided with a night gown to use. The room was quite spacious for Japan and it was comfortable. And the breakfast was nice too. It was a small spread but has variety and were all good. We have no complaints about this hotel and wish to stay at other Comfort Inns as well if all are as good as this hotel."

역 앞 메츠호텔을 이용했었습니다
저는 게토코겐에서 스노우보드를 타기 위해
쿠사노 호텔을 선택했습니다
일단 위치가 매우 좋습니다
게토코겐 셔틀버스 첫번째 정류장이고
외출, 식사, 쇼핑 등 모두 도보 10분이내 주변에 있습니다
조식 매뉴도 괜찮고 무엇보다 9층에 욕탕이 있어서
스노우보드를 즐기고 피로를 풀 수 있습니다

Guest UserI think you can eat in the morning and evening. It was only breakfast this time, but the variety was abundant and delicious. The facilities themselves were a bit old, the front of the bath and toilet was one room, the bathtub was small, but there was also a free parking lot, and it was a quiet place. I didn't mind the noise next door at the container house, but when I was sleeping, it seemed that the snoring in the next room was terrible, and I heard it faintly.
Above all, I was saved by staying at a reasonable price.
