"Room spacious with luscious view of the valley, enjoyed facilities such as grilling own dango and senbei as well as private onsen. However, cleanliness could be improved as dust can be seen on siding door tracks within the room and hair dryer was not the best with loose folding handle. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, some staffs were very attentive and helpful at front desk and at dining (though they should not assume everyone can eat beef and allow other options)."

"KAI Kaga inherited hundreds of years of hot spring inns and used new modern models to attract tourists in the hope of driving crowds to the hot springs in nearby districts. However, it turns out that the surrounding area is very deserted. Except for KAI Kaga, which is fully booked on weekends, there are almost no crowds. The surrounding shops are either closed or on the way to closing, and the nearby shrines specially marked as tourist attractions are also deserted. The hotel itself, the rooms, the hot springs, the facilities and the food are all average, but it is really not worth the price (it may also be that there are more people on weekends and the price is higher). The high unit price will easily make people look at the small details through a magnifying glass, and they will find that many small areas need to be strengthened. Another drawback is that there is no shuttle service from the station to the hotel (other lower-priced hotels nearby offer that). If you don't happen to pass by and want to take a hot spring bath, it is not recommended to come here specifically. In the end, I didn't give a bad review because the service staff were relatively young and had a good attitude. Xingye has its own set of training for its employees."

"This onsen is a popular place for Japanese tourists. We were nearly the only westerners there. It was a real cultural experience for us. The staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. We went there to relax and experience the onsen. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the forest valley. We were constantly surprised at the extras that were available. There is a well maintained games room, the teas available after bathing and drinks in the lobby area. We also made use of the free electric bikes to explore the area. They bathing areas, male and female, has 3 baths, a cold bath and sauna. We are now big fans of onsen bathing. If you are wanting a different experience to the city I would highly recommend this onsen."

"This was a truly satisfying stay. Before checking in, I had visited Shirakawa-go and was a little disappointed not to see any snow. But then, on my first morning at the hotel, I pulled back the curtains to find it snowing heavily! It was absolutely amazing. I decided right then and there not to go anywhere and just enjoy the snow from the hotel. The hotel is a bit older, but the room was clean and tidy. I had upgraded my room, and it wasn't small at all. The area mentioned in the description probably just refers to the room itself, but the entryway was also very spacious, allowing me to easily open my large luggage. The indoor balcony in front was also quite large, perfect for a family to sit and enjoy the snow. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct mountain views, with the river flowing right below. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the restaurant lobby were even more stunning – it was wonderful to enjoy the snow while dining. Even the outdoor onsen provided beautiful views of the snow and river while soaking. The best part was how few people there were; both times, it was just me and my daughter, so there was no need to book a private onsen. Behind the hotel, there's a walking trail. We explored it that day, and while the heavy snow made it a bit challenging to walk, it was incredibly beautiful and completely deserted. Every photo we took was a scenic masterpiece. Our shoes and socks got wet on the way back, but thankfully, we didn't feel cold. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy food and other necessities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The staff were also very friendly. Although most of them didn't speak English, they used translation software, so communication was just a bit slow."

"This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kaga Onsen in Komatsu; I've stayed here a total of five times. That's how satisfied I am with their service, the quality of their hot springs, and the variety of food they offer. They even provide unlimited snacks, onsen eggs, drinks, and potatoes throughout the day, which is so good you barely need a full meal. There are three different hot spring baths, and since they operate on a rotating schedule for men and women, you get to experience all the different tubs. The facilities are well-maintained and spotless. I highly recommend it! The staff are all incredibly friendly, giving you a true taste of Japanese hospitality."

"This Japanese-style hot spring hotel has complete facilities and the lobby is decorated in a very luxurious style. We arrived early and enjoyed the free afternoon tea and foot bath first. When we checked in at 3 o'clock, a waiter in kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very considerate. After taking a bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel as scheduled. Dinner is a standard Kaiseki cuisine, which is very sumptuous. Each family has its own private dining space and is equipped with a dedicated person to serve throughout the meal. "Overall, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. It was a pleasant experience. Transportation: I took the train from Komatsu Station to Kaga Onsen Station. I had arranged a shuttle service with the hotel via email in advance. You just need to wait at the shuttle bus stop. There are many different shuttle buses for various onsen hotels. The ride to the hotel takes about 20 minutes. Hotel Environment and Room: The hotel's decor feels very nice, full of Japanese style. There's a foot bath in the lobby on the first floor that you can enjoy anytime. Also, the lobby offers free coffee, tea, and snacks (pudding in the evening) at different times. Before having coffee, you can choose a coffee cup you like. The room had a tatami mat and offered views of the clear mountain stream nearby. The weather wasn't good during my stay, so I just stayed in the room and didn't explore the surroundings. Food: Dinner was very abundant and filling, with very fresh seafood. Breakfast mainly consisted of porridge or rice with some small side dishes. Onsen: The baths switch genders in the early morning. One side has an indoor + outdoor bath, and the other has an indoor + semi-outdoor bath. Both are worth experiencing and are very therapeutic! Afterward, there are free small ice pops in four flavors. Additionally, hotel guests can book a private bath once for free, with three options, but they are a bit small. Oh, and the hotel offers so many yukata choices! A great hot spring hotel with one night and two meals. The service is great. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast are delicious and tasty. I definitely recommend it! The room is very spacious and the private bath gives you the freedom to bathe whenever you want. It's great!

The food is very good. You can choose different meals. I didn't get tired of it after two days. When I checked in, I was given a lot of coupons for the hot spring street, where I could get various ice creams and snacks. The hotel's public bath also has a Noten-buri bath. The private bath needs to be booked in advance and can be used for 1 hour. The Japanese-style room will help us lay out the tatami every day during dinner and restore it in the morning. It is next to the Tsurusen River, and you can make an appointment to pick up the airport in advance.

加賀溫泉區洒房一般都有接送，這個 Trip.com app 通訊功能不能直達酒店，必須改善。本以為有定班接送，但未有見到，厚原來需要致電酒店通知接車。幸好有其他酒店接客員工幫忙致電，終於顺利入住。這酒店温泉有點特色，也有露天風呂。膳食為一般地道日式菜。房間是日式房或洋式床房，訂時選擇隨機派房，價格有折扣。位置在鄉郊地方，是古老安全鄉。

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

I booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good.

We were on a road trip, and the hotel was right by the lake, with beautiful scenery perfect for relaxing. The public bath was large and quite comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style, but the menu was simpler compared to other hot spring hotels in Hokkaido.

The hotel is relatively remote and more suitable for self-driving tourists. My friends and I are not self-driving this time. It is easy to find by taking a bus for about half an hour at Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel also has a special car to take us from the hotel to Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel is very large, the room is very large, Japanese style, very good experience, the hot springs have open-air and indoor, the open-air hot springs are very good, completely bathed in the mountains and forests, a great experience!
