"Stayed here for 2 nights. Was given the second highest floor (8th). Breakfast option was spectacular, catering to both continental and local cuisine, amenities were good - public and private onsen, complimentary washer (dryer is paid but cheap) and service was spectacular. For example, when the carpark was full, the hotel staff redirected us to a different carpark where pickup and dropoff service was included. Most importantly, the view of the Mt Ashibetsu mountain ranges was exceptional. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Furano 👍🏻
*Only downside is that they do not do room cleaning so you’ll have to get a new towel from the counter every day."

"It was pouring rain when I arrived, and still drizzling the next morning, so I decided to head back to Sapporo. I had initially planned to visit the Magic Terrace. This hostel is truly excellent; it even has a kitchen, and everything was spotless. The only drawback is that there isn't much to explore in the small town itself. It seems to be located near a ski resort, but I visited in September, so that wasn't relevant to my trip."

"Very good ski and out hotel. Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel.
Room is spacious. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon. Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan.
Onsen bath is good.
Food choices are a little limited if your hotel package doesn't include breakfast and dinner, its cost quite abit. There isn't any nearby restaurants to eat. Nearest supermarket and town area is a 10mins bus ride but the limited time slot bus. [I went in April, its spring season so they cut down alot of bus timing.]
At the lobby, theres a shop like a combination of mini mart and souvenirs shop. There's many things to look at in there."

"This hotel provide free parking. The atmosphere is good, we sit at the lobby enjoying the free wine, juices, coffee and some snacks and chocolates. They provided 3 different of white wine and 2 red wine. The scenery from the hotel is very beautiful during winter, especially snowing. The room size is big. "Overall, it was great! The hotel is very new, and the amenities, which include Pola products, a folding comb, and cotton pads, are self-service. The hot spring has hot, cold, and outdoor pools, and the pajamas are really thick and cozy.
The family room was perfect for our family of four. However, probably because it was the off-season, breakfast only offered Japanese, Western, and vegetarian options. We stayed for eight nights and had the exact same breakfast eight times... though it was delicious, haha!"

"It’s perfect for a self-driving trip to Furano. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very rich. It’s very healing to see the squirrels and Hokkaido’s unique birds while eating breakfast. The whole hotel also has a Hayao Miyazaki feel."

"Wonderful room. Spacious by Japanese standards, and everything was spotless; you can see the pride taken by the staff in ensuring that the property is well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Free parking spaces are located just at the hotel's doorstep, but limited spots are available.
Having access to a the free washer and dryer was wonderful, although do be mindful that the drying time is minimally 1.5 hours, and thicker clothes might still be slightly damp. However, we hung them up to air-dry in our room overnight without any issues.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended hotel in this beautiful area."

"We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal.
The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth. "I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor which offered great views of the town and some of the mountain.
The room was large and easy to negotiate with a small ensuite bathroom.
The fridge and large tv made it even more comfortable after a long day on the slopes.
There is a good size lobby with plenty of options to relax and unwind Infront of a fireplace and a small in hotel shop to buy assorted foods and other items.
The staff are fantastic, so helpful and understanding to my request, allways greeting me with a smile and warm hello."

The service staff are from different countries, and people with different languages can communicate with each other. I find it convenient. I also like the catering and accommodation. It has a great atmosphere, and you can have a full breakfast. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good. I live in a tatami room, but I can hear the sound of the two rooms next door. However, I haven't met a good roommate next door. It is noisy all night , makes people collapse. But I still highly recommend this accommodation! I hope everyone has a sense of justice and meets people who also have a sense of justice.

MMattSchmattWe were here scouting a bit for the coming winter and really liked the location very close to the slopes and also a few restaurants a short walk away. Downside perhaps that no Lawson or similar in the immediate surroundings but maybe there was some other minimart around the lift station. Just spent a night here so not much time to drift around the area.
Easy parking in front, fast check in and a kind offering to help haul the suitcases upstairs. Hotel is in super good shape, felt almost brand new. Nice public area with couches and a fireplace. Room was good size and comfortable for 3 but especially for a ski resort it really lacked storage for clothes. Could easily have fit something under the bunk bed. Also in the bath theres no place to hang towels or clothes, just a really tiny foldable drying rack. Room fridge was not cooling either and pretty small.
Breakfast was set menu and nice for this stay but for winter I would rather have a buffet to load up for a day on the mountain. Might be though they change for winter and i realize that buffet may not be a sustainable option for low season and few guests.
All in all it was a good stay and we will definitely keep this in mind for the next visit to Furano 👍🏼

Fflatfishmin1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended.
2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage.
3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink.
4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area.
5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent.
6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded.

YYin090Everything is very good. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The hotel is decorated in an industrial style. It is located on a high ground and is very quiet. There is a small kitchen in the room, a terrace, a sunny view, and sufficient water pressure in the bathroom. The waiter is friendly and helps to book nearby restaurants. Supermarkets and convenience stores are a few minutes' drive away.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the ski resort. It should be the cheapest hotel closest to the ski resort. The hotel has hot springs, and the room rate includes breakfast and dinner. The dinner is quite deliciouswith sashimi, and the breakfast is just so-so. The hotel can clean and change towels every day. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old and there is no room card but a room key, so I left the key at the front desk before going skiing, which is a little inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old but clean. There is no elevator. There is no bathroom in the bedroom, only a toilet and a sink. To take a shower, you have to go to the onsen room. There are many Japanese people using the services. It is a bit far from Furano city. It is suitable for people with cars. In fact, the location is very beautiful, surrounded by mountain views. I chose it because the price was not so expensive when I went and there are onsen rooms and many pools to soak in. The staff are very helpful, even though we did not understand each other very well. We stayed with breakfast and dinner, which were quite delicious. Dinner was served as a course. In the hotel area, there is a lavender field to admire. However, when we went, the flowers were starting to wither but still smelled good. I would like to improve the scenery. The lawn to see the lavender flowers looks a bit dirty. It is a pity about the location. Overall, it is OK.
