"I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott Fukui. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the station, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. I appreciated the modern design and the attention to detail in maintaining the room. The combination of the convenient location, generous room size, and high standards of cleanliness made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukui and would stay here again."

"一切都很好。但是精進料理不好。一開始預訂時説的是有精進料理和普通和食兩種選擇，但在入住前幾天，已經扣款以後，才聯繫説衹有精進料理了。 我之前在高野山也有過宿坊體驗，也是兩餐都是精進料理。精進料理本身不是問題，但這一家的精進料理既不合我口味，又吃不飽。而且日式旅館你懂的，他們把16個小碟子分六道上，每上一道都給你詳細描述這道菜有何精妙之處，營造出一種你無法不滿意的氛圍，覺得不好吃是你自己品味的問題。 附近連個便利店也沒有，旅館內的自販機衹賣飲料。不誇張的説，如果不是自己帶了兩個麪包上去，我是挺不過來的。 如果你一定要體驗的話，聽勸，準備好乾糧。"

"Good location, nearby fukui station, lot of restaurants surronding. Room was very clean, exceptionally clean in bathroom, with plenty of space, but the design was not quite making good use of space. The hotel provides free late night snack at restaurant and welcome snacks & drinks in room."

"This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It's a beautiful hotel with a 'Japanese' theme, and every corner was meticulously maintained. When checking in, a staff member pleasantly offered to wipe the wheels of my suitcase because the floors were tatami, which was a nice touch. There were so many free amenities, it was amazing! There was a massage chair, manga (which you could take to your room), Yakult and ice cream after your bath, and even late-night soba noodles! You could also get ice in paper cups, so I could chill drinks from the vending machine next door. What I particularly loved was the cold pillow! Pillowcases and ice pillows were available outside the changing room, and I brought one to my room to use while sleeping. I had such a good night's sleep! You could also watch subscription services in the room (this was paid). The breakfast was delicious too... Honestly, everything was perfect! The bath area was also lovely, with wind chimes softly jingling, and the sauna smelled great. The shower was a ReFa, and the hairdryer was a Kinujo... (Incidentally, I was so impressed that I bought a ReFa shower head for my own home after I got back!) Everything I've ever wished for in a hotel was here! It was so good that I'm already planning my next trip specifically to stay at another 'Nono' series Dormy Inn hotel! The hotel is now the destination itself! Thank you so much! It made for a wonderful trip!"

"My wife and I have had a 2-night stay at this Hotel Keifuku Fukui Ekimae Room #707 from 11 to 13 October 2025. The Hotel is just a 1-minute walk away from the Fukui Station. Its reception is small, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor behind the Hotel. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 2 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in simple English. As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with eateries are within walking distance. The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is very small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the very small bathroom (the WC is right next to the bathroom room) - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. We believe the Hotel is quite old as the general fittings and fixtures are very dated, but it is clean and well maintained. At SGD S$107 per night, we find it not value for money at all, and, if the rate is remained the same or gets higher, we will choose to stay else where if we travel to Fukui again."

"The hotel is super close to the station, about a 3-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are great, and the staff are very friendly. The large public bath is also very comfortable. Plus, there's free ramen at 9:30 PM!"

"It's super close to the station, making it convenient for dinner and convenience stores! ❗ While waiting in line for breakfast, the staff greeted me warmly and even helped me with serving and clearing away. 🎵 I'm very satisfied. I'd like to use this service again the next time I visit Fukui."

"This hotel locates next to the JR Fukui station, which is quite important because the required public transportation for tourists are all start from here, including the bus, JR, and local railway. However, you can tell this hotel is quite old and only has refrained limited part such as the wall paper, which does not mean much to me. The air condition is not cooling, the toilet flush leaks frequently, these points are not often seen for a hotel in Japan. The hotel offer free breakfast like some of the business hotel."

"I always use it for gatherings with family and friends. Hot springs in Fukui City are easy to go and there are many types of meals. We will continue to use it in the future."
