"Excelente para hacer base, no tiene aparcamiento como si dice en trip, el desayuno es muy completo, eso sí, si tenes suerte de que la que atiende esté de humor, de 4 días dos fueron excelentes super completos, los otros dos un desastre uno prácticamente vacío, las camas son cómodas, el baño muy amplio, y la habitación en general lo es, los de recepción se nota que están siempre en las nubes, no entienden nada, lo recomiendo !"

"some dorm beds have privacy curtains, but not all. bathroom was clean and modern with good heating. one of the cheapest accommodation option, right beside the bus station, 24/7 front desk but there might be a queue as they serve the entire building which is not just a hostel but also student dormitory and other types of accommodation. Great value for the price."

It was a ferry transfer when I left the hotel here, so considering that convenience alone, the highest rating is good. Regarding cleanliness, this hotel didn't have the smelly electric kettle problem that I had during my trip to Europe. As a Japanese, this is a matter of course, but I was moved. Besides that, the cleaning was perfect, and whether it was a new hotel, there was no part that was damaged or felt old. Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me. , and he taught me carefully until I could understand. Furthermore, after checking out, I misread the ferry time for 2 hours, and when I negotiated to wait in the hotel lobby again, it was OK without any problems. I was very unwell on that day, so I was very grateful. "The advantage of the hotel is that the location is particularly good. The entrance is not easy to find, it is in a small courtyard on Chiaja Road. The Zhou Wei visitor area is very safe, and Brandi Pizzeria (the inventor of Margherita pizza) is downstairs. There are good restaurants not far away. The room is quite decent, the facilities are old, and it's liveable. The quilt has no core but only a blanket (traditional in Italy). People who are not used to it can only consider chain hotels."

"The location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request.
