"I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

"From my POV good hotels but not great. A bit noisy from other rooms, perhaps the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was so-so and needed some improvements. The room I can't say is clean, because I found some small pieces of black tiny dirt. The pool is too small for over 100 rooms. Well overall it was okay."

"The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. However, there's no commercial area nearby, so you have to travel a bit to find places to eat. There are two churches near the hotel, so try to request a quiet room when checking in. I stayed for three days, and on the last day, I found a lot of ants in the room. 🐜🐜🐜"

"I was looking remote AC to check the temperature and I didn't find it, I needed it because it was less cold in the room. The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first. So far it's still good, hopefully it will be better."

A 10-minute drive takes you to the larger Tang City Mall, which offers more choices. It's about 20-30 minutes from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly, always willing to be flexible and help guests with any issues. The downside is the cleanliness. The bed was okay, but the bathroom felt quite unhygienic due to its age. Overall, the place felt very old and dated."

"Novotel Tangerang. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tangerang. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, though the actual distance isn't that far – the city lives up to its 'traffic jam city' nickname! Check-in was quite convenient; just hand over your passport. A deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. The service was very welcoming, and it's a bonus that they offer smoking rooms. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Just be sure to check their operating hours. There's a glass door on the ground floor that leads directly into the adjacent Tangerang City Mall, which really elevates the hotel's appeal. Many airlines use this hotel for their crews. If you sit by the entrance for a bit, you'll see flight attendants from several different airlines, which is quite nice. I booked early, so the value for money was absolutely fantastic."

"For a business trip, I booked a suite for four nights. My overall impression was quite positive. The room having a washing machine was a huge convenience. It's also not too far from the Indonesia National Exhibition Center, just a 10-20 minute taxi ride, which made getting around very easy."
