"Booked this for a friend. The location is pretty good, not far from the highway exit. The room was decent, for the price it's quite good. Breakfast was just okay, but maybe that's typical for this area. My friend said they weren't really used to it."

As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

"The location is decent; it's not very touristy here, feeling very local. There's a small shopping center nearby with various Japanese restaurants and Western fast food options. A 10-minute drive takes you to the larger Tang City Mall, which offers more choices. It's about 20-30 minutes from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly, always willing to be flexible and help guests with any issues. The downside is the cleanliness. The bed was okay, but the bathroom felt quite unhygienic due to its age. Overall, the place felt very old and dated."

"I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, so I just stuck with it. This hotel is located in an apartment building, and the decor is quite poor, but it's not a big deal. The soundproofing is also bad, and the hygiene isn't great. However, it's very cheap, so that's basically the trade-off."

"I stayed here for 3 nights for business and had a very pleasant experience. The price is affordable, and the location in the Tangcity area is incredibly convenient. It's within walking distance to the mall and nearby shops, plus there are 3 convenience stores right in front of the hotel. However, it falls short for business travelers. There was no mini-fridge in the room to store drinks, and the desk and chair were not suitable for working, forcing me to work from a nearby cafe instead. It's a great budget stay for leisure, but needs better room setup for work."

"Room clean n small but its ok considering its not a holiday hotel but very much transit The hotel location near toll access to the airport however there's nothing around it not even corner stire, i had flight in the morning and couldn't sleep all night because people dragging furniture upstairs and when i complained the offer me free breakfast whichs i don't really need and promised to check the cameras to see who's doing it but nothing changed , honestly i had very bad experience i hope the hotel management pay attention to that specially many guests stay in there because closed to airport,"

"Hotel apartment is located in the shopping mall area. Basically you can find anything nearby. 3 times stayed here, always get a room with old sofa, old towel. Others are OK. Still acceptable."

"Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD."
