"This place is really near to the airport.
They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable.

"Best hotel in BSD. Just 2 minutes walk to AEON Mall with excellent choices of food cruisine. During my 6 nights stay, my husband and I tried all kinds of cruisine at Aeon. That's the best place to dine and shop. There is also a supermarket. The room itself is super clean. Bed was very comforfy. Water heater is perfect. Transport via grab is very cheap. Hotel staff are very friendly. Gym equipment are clean too. Hotel breakfast has a lot of variety of Indonesia food but it was not to my liking. It's just personal preference. The only thing that I wish the hotel can improve is to Change the TV to smart TV where travellers can watch netfix and YouTube."

Before my stay, I specifically requested a quiet, non-smoking room. However, upon entering the room, I was met with a very strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. After I reported the issue the first time, the staff mentioned they would handle it, seemingly using some kind of deodorizing spray, but the smell in the room did not noticeably improve. After reporting it a second time, a very kind front desk staff member personally came to check the room and also confirmed that the smell was indeed very strong, after which they assisted me in moving to a genuine non-smoking room. I'm very grateful to the front desk staff member who helped resolve the issue in the end; their attitude was very kind. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is extremely convenient for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. I just hope that in the future, the hotel can pay more attention to guests' requests and communications made before check-in, especially for important accommodation conditions like a non-smoking room.

The hotel is located on the roadside, so the noise is a bit loud. In addition, the breakfast is a bit small. However, the service quality is very high. Ask if breakfast is delivered to the room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with many children. It is very suitable for parent-child travel.

Herry_GunadiAs a business traveler, I was very satisfied with my stay at TreePark Hotel Jakarta Airport. The location is incredibly strategic, just minutes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, making it very convenient for early morning flights or late-night arrivals. The airport shuttle service was also a huge plus and extremely helpful.
The check-in process was quick, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a business trip. The Wi-Fi was good enough for work, and the hotel's relatively quiet atmosphere supported productivity.
At a competitive price, this hotel offers excellent value for business travelers who need easy access to the airport without sacrificing comfort. I will definitely stay here again for my next business trip.

The hotel close to airport. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.
I had executive type room but it didn’t have fridge in it and I was surprised, they said only suites rooms have fridge. Also, the breakfast food were very limited.

beambjbyThe staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Cons:
There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead.
However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

Ismael AbbasI accidentally booked the wrong hotel, so I just stuck with it. This hotel is located in an apartment building, and the decor is quite poor, but it's not a big deal. The soundproofing is also bad, and the hygiene isn't great. However, it's very cheap, so that's basically the trade-off.

Guest UserThe room was compact but clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. Great value for money. The location is convenient, right next to the main road, but traffic can be heavy. Overnight parking in the complex is free if you get your ticket validated at the front desk.

CrozetI enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.
