They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable.

"Best hotel in BSD. Just 2 minutes walk to AEON Mall with excellent choices of food cruisine. During my 6 nights stay, my husband and I tried all kinds of cruisine at Aeon. That's the best place to dine and shop. There is also a supermarket. The room itself is super clean. Bed was very comforfy. Water heater is perfect. Transport via grab is very cheap. Hotel staff are very friendly. Gym equipment are clean too. Hotel breakfast has a lot of variety of Indonesia food but it was not to my liking. It's just personal preference. The only thing that I wish the hotel can improve is to Change the TV to smart TV where travellers can watch netfix and YouTube."

One thing that bothered me was that the queen-sized bed had a single-sized sheet placed horizontally, so my feet were directly on the mattress. It felt strange that they didn't use sheets that fit the bed size. The pickup from T2 at the airport was from 'E'. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

The hotel is located on the roadside, so the noise is a bit loud. In addition, the breakfast is a bit small. However, the service quality is very high. Ask if breakfast is delivered to the room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with many children. It is very suitable for parent-child travel.

Guest UserThe room was tiny. The bed was super high... The showerhead leaked electricity... and then in the middle of the night, the bathroom started smelling so bad, it made me want to gag... Breakfast was truly awful, absolutely inedible... I won't be staying here again for future business trips.

Minimalist and clean. With convenience facilities except for hot and cold water dispensers at the lobby.(Take out room card. Lights,tv,acond off. Then come back . Insert the card, lights and tv on, aircond running cold again. This is not saving cost but will increase electricity usage + lift has to go down and up).
The staff at reception is good. The technician with gondrong hair also very helpful in setting up the tv in my room

YudityaUPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags.
DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable.

kenterI flew from Bali to Jakarta. Apparently, I got food poisoning before the flight, I was vomiting, shivering, and dizzy. We checked into the hotel very quickly and an hour later I decided that I needed to go to the hospital. There was no thermometer in the hotel, but a receptionist named Rio Renaldi (I hope I wrote the name correctly) said that he will help me get to the car, take me to the hospital, explain my symptoms to the staff and take me back. This person is a real professional and an excellent worker who is ready to quickly take you to the hospital at 2 am and pick you up at 4 am. This person deserves a bonus. The security guards and other hotel staff were also understanding and helped in every possible way. Very pleased with the hotel

Although I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room amenities were quite basic and the cleanliness was not perfect, but it was sufficient for just sleeping overnight.
