Hotels with Parking in Tangerang City

The hotel is really nice, and the breakfast is abundant. The cleanliness is also top-notch. It was quite unlucky that the day my colleagues arrived for their business trip, a pipe burst at the hotel. They were temporarily moved to another hotel, which made for a very bad experience. The next night, when we stayed at this hotel again, it felt like we were back in paradise.

“Good for a Transit Stay, but the AI-Driven Service Needs Work” I booked this hotel mainly because of the reviews mentioning the good food and free pick-up/drop-off shuttle service. Communicating with the hotel before check-in to arrange the shuttle was easy through the hotel’s WhatsApp number, which I found on Trip.com. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel seems to cater quite heavily to Chinese visitors. There was a line of Chinese guests checking in, and one of the front desk staff spoke Chinese fluently. Some of the notices around the hotel were also written in Chinese, presumably Mandarin. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, I was informed that I needed to install an app to use various hotel services during my stay, including the digital room key and room service. While this may be convenient for some guests, I personally found it a bit of a hassle at the time. The installation itself took some time, followed by an explanation of how to use the system. The food was average, with a reasonable selection of options. However, the refilling of some items was rather slow. For example, the milk for the coffee machine ran out and was not replenished promptly, and at times there was no cook available. The room itself was nice and spacious. One thing I particularly liked was the layout, with the washing area located near the entrance. The toilet unit also looked new. Unfortunately, the towels looked rather shabby and could use an upgrade. Complimentary bottled water was available upon request, which was a nice touch. One of the biggest downsides for me was the lack of a telephone in the room. All service requests have to be made through the app. I had to communicate with an AI chatbot, but the chatbot would often instruct me to go downstairs and confirm the request with the reception desk anyway. I found this rather confusing and wondered what the point of the AI system was if I still had to speak to a staff member in person. It seems the hotel is trying to adapt to AI and reduce the need for human staff, but the system does not seem to work effectively yet. In my experience, it actually added an extra step rather than making things easier. This was especially noticeable during check-out. There was only one front desk staff member, which was surprising. He was very patient and did his best to serve everyone, but the hotel really could have used more staff at that time. As a result, the line became quite long. Had I been informed during check-in that I could simply use the self-service machine to check out, I could have avoided the queue altogether. The location is in the CBC area, although finding the hotel felt a bit like navigating a labyrinth. It wasn't the easiest place to locate, especially for a first-time visitor. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for. For a one-night transit stay, the hotel was acceptable, especially with the free shuttle service and spacious room. However, the hotel could significantly improve its service by having more human staff available and making its AI-based system more practical and user-friendly.

I stayed here during a layover. The hotel was well-maintained and I slept comfortably. One thing that bothered me was that the queen-sized bed had a single-sized sheet placed horizontally, so my feet were directly on the mattress. It felt strange that they didn't use sheets that fit the bed size. The pickup from T2 at the airport was from 'E'. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

The cleanliness was perfect, and the service from the reception to security was incredibly friendly. The food was standard, nothing spectacular. However, the facilities are a bit outdated. The room design is too rigid and old-fashioned. It could really use some updates, perhaps with stickers or other decorative touches to make it more appealing. The TV isn't a smart TV, which is quite behind the times. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect more updated facilities. Also, only two bottles of water were provided. I suggest having a water refill station (like a dispenser) in the hallway. Water is cheap, but providing easy access to more water would make a huge positive impact on guests and show a great deal of care.

Excellent stay and great value for money I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the hotel is an older property, the condition of the room was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is also very strategic, directly opposite a shopping mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for guests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. However, it would be even better if the hotel could change or rotate the menu daily, as most of the dishes were quite similar each day. Overall, this hotel is definitely value for money. I was very satisfied with my 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again if I visit Cikarang in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I stayed for 1 night (check-in July 14th, check-out July 15th) for around Rp420,000, including tax. In my opinion, this hotel is perfect for a layover as it provides a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly helpful. One suggestion for the shuttle service: in the future, besides sending a photo of the pick-up point, it would be better to also explain the exact location (e.g., terminal, gate, or more specific directions). I initially went to the wrong spot because I wasn't very familiar with the airport area. As for the room, the facilities were excellent. The AC was cold, the TV, lights, and other amenities worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable for resting. _The front office service also deserves praise. When I accidentally got locked out of my room, the staff immediately called security to help open the door. The process was quick and friendly. Breakfast was included in the room rate. During my stay, the buffet menu offered white rice, fried rice, noodles, chicken, tofu, toast with a toaster, butter and sprinkles, orange juice, water, tea, and coffee. I think the selection is quite good for a transit hotel. What impressed me the most was their handling of forgotten items. I accidentally left some belongings behind. After contacting customer service, they responded according to procedure and informed me that lost items are kept for up to 6 days. When I asked for assistance to have the items picked up by a courier, the hotel verified by requesting proof of the found item receipt they had previously sent, and then re-confirmed with me before handing over the items. Such SOPs make me feel that guests' belongings are truly well-protected. There were a few times when my calls weren't answered immediately, likely because they were assisting other guests. However, overall, the service I received was excellent, friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. Thank you to the entire team at Amaris Hotel Bandara. If I have another layover in Jakarta, I won't hesitate to stay here again 🙏😊

The room is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is pretty good. Its proximity to the airport helps avoid Jakarta's annoying traffic, making it suitable for business travelers who need an overnight stay during a layover. The price is also affordable.

The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..
