KkkmlcI had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

GGuest UserI stayed at Behomey Crown Tangerang and was overall quite satisfied with my experience.
Pros:
• The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long trip.
• The facilities are quite complete: cool air conditioning, en suite bathroom, shower, and toiletries provided.
• The price is relatively affordable for the facilities offered.
• The staff is friendly and helpful.
Notes for improvement:
• The bathroom floor is a bit slippery due to moss; it should be cleaned more regularly for guest safety and to prevent slipping.
• Parking is paid and can be quite expensive if you frequently check in and out, as you incur an Rp8,000 fee for each exit. Perhaps a daily flat rate for hotel guests could be considered.
With a few improvements in bathroom cleanliness and parking policies, I think this place could be one of the best accommodation options in Tangerang for those looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay. 🙏🏼

GGuest UserFirst, the downsides: I expected the garden-view room to have a strong musty smell, but surprisingly, the lake-view room had it too. I highly recommend the hotel address this musty odor; it really detracts from the stay.
Secondly, the airport shuttle only runs on the hour, not on the half-hour. Given its proximity to the airport, I suggest increasing the shuttle frequency, at least by adding half-hourly services.
On the positive side: it's close to the airport.

AAnonymous UserLocation: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel.
Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel that was built together with the terminal building. Soundproof glass insulate the noise well from aircrafts just right outside.
Shower with abundant of water flows.
Etc that show how a people put their best to built in 90’s era.
We did not have the chance for the breakfast though.
Cons:
The smoking room right beside lobby and restaurant. It has a ventilation inwards instead of exhaust, causing smoke flows to lobby and lingers there area hotel.
They could make some improvement by changing the mattress , pillow and bed, too old, too soft and loose support.

BBruce LeoI booked this hotel because I was attending an exhibition. It's close to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride. Since it's a chain hotel, there are many branches throughout Jakarta, so make sure to double-check the hotel address when booking; it's easy to make a mistake.

FFaridTravelThe only decent thing about this place is its close proximity with the airport. It is perfect for a 1-night stay but more than that I highly against it. The shuttle bus is also a nice feature although I do not know where it's pick up point from the airport since the hotels didn't bother to answer my telephone after I landed. The schedule was not that frequent tho, so if it doesn't accommodate your travel time then prepare to use taxi. They also have limitation of 2 luggages per passenger of which they didn't inform.
The room was standard in size, but it looks old and under-maintenance. I was provided a bin without plastic cover in it, and the bin was full of cigar signs. This is probably because they have room for smokers but gives me the bin from their room to be used on my smoking free room. They also gives no amenities whatsoever, so prepare yourself. You can also hear people chat in the corridor from your room.
Finally, I would recommend it only as a transit place to rest before your trip on the next day, nothing more.
