The hotel was very good overall. However, it felt like some areas were still being finished or renovated, which sometimes gave an unfinished impression. The soundproofing could also be improved. Furthermore, the shower drain was quite slow, which can quickly become annoying and should be addressed. On the other hand, the staff was impeccable: very kind, helpful, always smiling, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Breakfast was decent, but it could be even better if fruit were offered regularly, regardless of the menu. Finally, the location is a real plus: the hotel is ideally situated, close to the beach and the town center, which is much more lively in the evening than during the day.

My confirmation letter and booking clearly stated a private pool villa. However, there was a problem during check-in; they gave us a different type of villa without a pool. The courtyard was also cramped and stuffy, which was very uncomfortable. The hotel claimed that this was the type of room we had booked. Ctrip (the booking platform) had booked through an overseas agent, but they handled the situation very promptly. Since the hotel didn't have the same room type available that day, we ended up switching to two regular hotel rooms in the main building. There was a price difference of over ¥600 for the two nights, which Ctrip directly reimbursed me for. Aside from this incident, the Novotel was quite comfortable. The beach and other hotel experiences were fine. The food was average, but acceptable.

really nice hotel. I had an excellent stay at. The hotel is beautifully designed with a relaxing tropical atmosphere, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The pool area is stunning and perfect for unwinding, while the food was delicious and well-presented. The location is also ideal—close to Kuta Lombok’s main area, yet still quiet and private. will be back soon! ---

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

Very comfortable, and the service was super responsive. The hotel facilities, including their recommendations for local attractions, were excellent. They also have a private beach, and we even got to see a wedding! The food was great too.

The room was nice and clean, but it was incredibly noisy – even at night, you could hear everything from the street, like very loud cars and music. The hotel can't really be blamed for that. Across the street, there's a grocery store, which is really convenient. There are also quite a few dining options around.

This is the sweetest and friendliest hotel! Every single staff member is ready to help you at a moment's notice. I had an accident, and the kindest employees at this hotel, every last one of them, helped and participated in repairing my motorcycle and provided me with assistance and support. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast was sometimes buffet style, sometimes à la carte. Everything was delicious. The location is superb. But what I'll remember most is the kindness and love from everyone.

So the hotel is nothing special... and as for the rooms, I ended up on the 5th floor on one side where they didn't even make a window... there is a glass door but you can't open it, only air conditioning... a hell, highly inadvisable and the wifi sucks.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
