This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. An address to share without hesitation!

Firstly I will say the location of the hotel was good, the view was amazing up on the hill. No traffic easy to get around. Rent motorbike IDR.100.000 /days. Rent car IDR.550.0000 /days without driver. To get Kuta beach or restaurants is only 10 minutes. The service is very good, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Second cleanliness of the room, I would like to say it needs more improvements for maintenance in the room. We stayed for 4 night in executive room, just disappointing about the room where the sliding door to balcony was broken, the bed sheet bit dirty, also the bathroom floor was dirty. All of that everything was okay. - The sheets and door was fixed upon request. I hope for the future they keep a higher standard of cleaning of the rooms. Breakfast is avarage, ala carte. For us the Massage is not amazing enough.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

It was amazing stay in Pullman Lombok! Full of nature, great local foods, and nice activities. Especially the sunset I saw when I joined the walking tour was unforgettable. If there’s a place to improve, I’d say they could announce their complimentary transportation service between the hotel and Kuta. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have had to be so worried when i noticed that there’s no public transport (even grab) in Kuta. But anyways, overall it was a great experience to stay there and I’d definitely come back again :)

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

This is the sweetest and friendliest hotel! Every single staff member is ready to help you at a moment's notice. I had an accident, and the kindest employees at this hotel, every last one of them, helped and participated in repairing my motorcycle and provided me with assistance and support. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast was sometimes buffet style, sometimes à la carte. Everything was delicious. The location is superb. But what I'll remember most is the kindness and love from everyone.

Very close to Kuta Beach, just a few minutes walk. The room is very average, with a door inside, which is weird. The breakfast environment is very good, you can see the sea. The breakfast is self-service, with quite a few varieties, and the taste is very Indonesian, which is not accustomed to it

The room was missing basic amenities like a chair, towel hook, and so on. The staff were lovely; they brought a chair and a drying rack to the terrace (but during showers, I still had to hang my towel on the door handle, which kept falling off). The hotel is very tired and in need of renovation. Plus, there's a musty smell, gray towels, and so on...

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
