I absolutely loved it! The room is even more beautiful than in the photos. Having traveled extensively throughout my life, I can say it's by far my favorite hotel of all time! Everything is clean, fresh, and comfortable. The furniture is new and stylish. The pool area is fantastic (special mention for the beanbag chair!), and the restaurant food is excellent. The staff is lovely; every single one of them is pleasant, genuinely kind, and professional. I truly have nothing to complain about except that I wouldn't hesitate to come back, and for a longer stay!

Hotel itself is beautiful with well-kept grounds and a gorgeous pool area that feels really relaxing. It’s in a great location, right on the main ***** so everything is within walking distance, but tucked away enough that it still feels peaceful and quiet. Rooms are huge, modern, and very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh water provided. Tea/coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a TV with plenty of channels. Staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything. I did have an issue with noise from internal building works, but the team handled it well, moving me quickly and even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated. Facilities overall were great. Pools are beautiful with plenty of sun loungers. The pool at the back of the resort was quieter (and away from nearby building works). Food was also really good - breakfast was tasty, although for the first few days it was à la carte rather than buffet due to lower occupancy, which was a little disappointing, but there was still plenty of food. Lots of convenient extras too - room service available as well as laundry service (although a bit pricey). The hotel can also arrange taxis to the airport (around 250K IDR, cash only), as Grab doesn’t seem to operate in the area. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Great restaurants nearby like Cantina Mexicana and KRNK for a quick bite, plus a supermarket right next door and plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. **Tip:** try to request a room in the newer part of the hotel at the back of the resort - it’s quieter (away from building works) and more updated.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

The room was fantastic, I almost didn't want to leave! The surroundings were also beautiful. After half a month in Lombok, I finally had a delicious meal here. The dishes were plentiful and tasted amazing. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to help. If I come back to Lombok, I'll definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with my two sons. I rented a car from the airport to here for about 30 minutes, and I also enjoyed seeing many surf schools on the road today. The sea scenery is still before development, so it's really good However, if you don't rent a car, it's a little uncomfortable every time you go to downtown or other beaches. It's in a remote place. But it's so quiet and relaxing. It's 60 minutes to downtown Mataram, 50 minutes to Selong belanak, west of the city. Many mountains are being cut and under construction due to development here and there, Recommended if you are looking for a quiet and secluded place. The sincere breakfast is also delicious. Our children are children who can't eat bread as a staple, but they kindly prepared rice. Thank you 🙏🏼

The clerk is kind, friendly and helpful. There are many events in the place too, appreciate bbq events or learning surfing. Get the most corner room, the facilities are standard, get the bed above so if there is an extra squeeze, there is the sound of the frogs and the frogs. Then what is a pity is that the toilet bidet is so small that it comes out 😭 because the shower is a bit dirty, because the used to take a shower is not flushed and flows to waste 😢 maybe because mostly foreigners all book here this time, yaudala

This is the sweetest and friendliest hotel! Every single staff member is ready to help you at a moment's notice. I had an accident, and the kindest employees at this hotel, every last one of them, helped and participated in repairing my motorcycle and provided me with assistance and support. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast was sometimes buffet style, sometimes à la carte. Everything was delicious. The location is superb. But what I'll remember most is the kindness and love from everyone.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
