"We stayed at Blue Sky Apart Hotel for 6 nights at the end of July and were very satisfied. We had a cozy studio with a mountain view on the 10th floor. The windows faced a construction site, so it was noisy with the balcony open, but the noise was barely audible with the door closed. The room was new, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was tastefully chosen: quality furniture, a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, an excellent air conditioner, Smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, and beautiful dishes. In the bathroom, there were good fixtures, an excellent hairdryer, a heated towel rail, pristine white towels, slippers, and all necessary amenities. Minor suggestions would be to add hair conditioner, a bath mat, and more hangers in the closet. Special thanks to the hotel team for their prompt assistance and quick resolution of any issues. The location is excellent: opposite Carrefour, and only a 5-7 minute walk to Batumi Boulevard and the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would gladly return and recommend it to friends."

"The hotel is new and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Europe Square, and within walking distance of the Alphabet Tower and Ali & Nino statue. Despite being next to a main road, the soundproofing is great, making the hotel very quiet and peaceful with hardly any traffic noise. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit basic."

"Adding to my previous review, the air conditioning occasionally starts vibrating. The reason is simple: loose nuts. I asked the front desk for a wrench. Instead, they sent someone without tools. I managed to center it somehow, and it seems to have stopped vibrating. This situation is a bit surprising. My conclusion is, if you're immune to noise, it's a great hotel. The power went out for an hour, but the hotel has a powerful diesel generator. Locks worked, elevators worked, and the reception was operational. A definite plus for the hotel."

"The room is a duplex, very spacious and beautiful, and the hotel facilities are complete. The location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the waterfront. The service was great, and they were quick to help solve any issues. The only thing to be aware of is the lively band at the bar next door, whose music plays until 12:30 AM. The hotel tried to intervene but it didn't work. I decided if you can't beat 'em, join 'em, so I went to the bar for a bit. I got to see a more free-spirited side of the locals, which I guess was another kind of travel experience."

"A good, very large hotel. It is located near the sea. The room was very comfortable, large, warm, the cleaning was excellent. I really liked the pool, sauna and hammam. There is a fitness room, comfortable and always empty) Breakfast buffet, varied, delicious. There is also a casino there, but we were not there, so I can't say anything. "We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control."

"The room is small and the surrounding area is more complicated. This Wyndham feels average overall. And a bit far from the main attractions of Batumi. Low cost performance, not recommended. Trip.com It is said that there is a laundry service, but it is actually charged, not that kind of self-service."

"My husband booked this accommodation for my friend and me. On July 27, 2026, I checked into my standard room with a sea view. ATTENTION! Room 30-20. The absolute worst! First, there was a terrible smell from the sewage system! There was water on the bathroom floor! The toilet door wouldn't close because the door frame was swollen from the water! The toilet tank was leaking and wouldn't refill. The furniture in the room was cheap and outdated! The phone didn't work, so I couldn't contact reception to call an ambulance for my friend, who was feeling unwell! The TV didn't work. The room was dark because the balcony was cornered with dark glass, and there was only one small window to get some air; you couldn't breathe on the balcony. After 2 days, I decided to complain about all the shortcomings of this room, after which it was immediately changed to 31-08. This room finally matched the pictures on the website and my expectations. The room was bright, with working plumbing, furniture, and appliances. The balcony was open and spacious. The air conditioning worked, as did the TV. Why couldn't they have assigned me to a room that matched what I paid for initially? The service was disgusting! In the first few days, I asked for a drying rack for the room for 2 days! They promised but brought nothing! Also, a technician came to the first room to fix the phone but never actually fixed it. There can be queues for the elevator, and you might wait 10 minutes. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to Batumi at all! And Courtyard is not the best place to stay in this city."

"As a solo traveler, I had a overall pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Batumi. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the beach and the main boulevard, which made exploring the city on my own very easy. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel quite safe and comfortable. However, there were a couple of areas that prevented it from being a perfect experience. The cleanliness of my room could have been a bit more thorough, as I noticed some dust and minor details that were overlooked. Additionally, noise from the main street and the side alley was somewhat noticeable at night, as the window soundproofing wasn't ideal for a quiet sleep. Despite these smaller issues, the hotel still offered good comfort and value for my trip. It is a solid choice for anyone traveling alone to Batumi, though a bit more attention to housekeeping and quietness would make it even better."
