"Hotel location was perfect for train station and only a short walk to the beach. The beds are so comfortable and the shower was great. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food and drinks."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the sea, just a five-minute walk away. The front desk service is excellent. There's a kitchen and fridge available for guests to cook, and you need a room card to enter and exit. There's also a water refilling station in the lobby, which even passersby can use. The room isn't huge but it's very clean, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. The double room offers great value for money."

"My third time staying here! Every time I visit Brighton, this is my go-to hotel. Excellent location with beautiful sea views, close to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The price is very reasonable too. The only issue this time was the AC being upgraded during a heatwave. They provided a fan, but it was still quite hot. Still, I’ll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me. I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink. "The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the space was well-organized. Although the room wasn’t very large, it felt practical and suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Bed is quite small for twin bed. Overall, it was perfect"

"User Nickname: Dalinman Title: -----Welcome to UK 2026🇬🇧----- My first hotel in the UK, where I stayed for seven consecutive nights. Overall Rating: Very Satisfied! Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect location for commuters travelling between cities. A left turn out of the hotel and up a big staircase leads directly to the train station. Much more convenient than the Hilton I stayed at last time (the Hilton was by the sea, less than a five-minute walk away 😆). It’s also just a ten-minute walk to LANE (the bustling area). Quite nice🤌 (walked there and back for dinner every night). Breakfast 🍳: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was delicious, except for the baked beans, which are unique to the UK and which I didn't try. The croissants 🥐 were very flaky and multi-layered, almost crumbling as soon as you picked them up. The hash browns were my favorite; I ate them every morning. They had both full-fat and skimmed milk to meet different needs. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM every day, and I often went down before it even opened (I guess I'm making up for all the hardships I didn't experience back home). Room Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The kitchen facilities were quite comprehensive, with a dishwasher, microwave, and induction hob. The bed was comfortable. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good! One Sunday morning, I had an early train to catch and wouldn't have time for breakfast. The staff told me the night before to just grab something from the vending cabinet next to the front desk for breakfast. It was free! I felt a bit embarrassed and only took one Ferrero Rocher, but the staff said that wasn't enough. Then they told me 'this is good' and 'that is good', so... I took about P10 worth of items! 😆 Soundproofing: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There's a small road downstairs, but I didn't hear any traffic noise while sleeping. In the mornings, I'd hear seagulls (Brighton has so many large seagulls, it's a bit romantic 🥰). Tips: No toothpaste or toothbrush; you can buy them downstairs for £5.5 (about 50 RMB 😅). No free bottled water; a bottle downstairs is £2+ (about 20 RMB 😅). Highly recommended (because I can expense all of the above 😆)! Oh, and don't forget that what we call the first floor in the UK is the ground floor (I didn't quite get that when I first arrived)."

"The location was very satisfactory, very close to the beach, and the staff were friendly. However, due to ongoing renovations, the elevator was not yet available, and the bathroom locks could not be fully closed, causing some inconvenience. Overall, the price was very cheap and acceptable."

"The location was great and the room was spacious! I have arrived 40 mins prior to check in time they were all chill about it and let me check in early. One thing on heating system is that even tho it seems like you can set the heatings manually, it just doesnt work and you have to ask them to turn it on or off, when it’s on, it is not adjustable manually so you have no control over the room temperature. Second thing is there were only half roll of a toilet paper but there is a corner shop 2 mins away so i had to sort it myself. Would stay again"

"New, modern, comfortable and convenient location. Very good choice for short stay. Room is small but very functional. Bedding is comfortable even for picky sleeper. Double bed+single bed combination is perfect for family. Remember to ask for discount code for NCP parking opposite."
