"The hygiene, environment, and service were all excellent. However, the bunk bed was too low; you couldn't sit upright on the bottom bunk. There was only one chair in the room, but I think that's fine. The light in the bathroom was sound-activated, and since it was a wet room (shower and toilet combined), it would turn off quickly while using the toilet or showering. Especially during a longer shower, I had to reactivate the sound sensor 7 or 8 times.🙂↕️"

"The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. Parking is available, but you need to check in first and use your room key card to access it. The parking spaces are quite spacious, but you have to navigate several sharp turns all the way down to B4 to find one. Drivers who aren't confident with their skills might want to be cautious."

"I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, with restaurants and the main shopping street within a 5-10-minute walk, and the staff at the desk were friendly. "Dans le centre ville, hotel propre avec une belle vue sur le rooftop, piscine petite par contre Le prix que j’ai payé était le même que la chambre de catégorie supérieur le jour même, jai demandé si c'était possible de monter de catégorie car ma réservation n’était pas annulable Ils m’ont dit que j'étais upgrader mais la chambre est pour moi la meme que j’ai pris (en photo), juste un peu déçu de cela mais l’hotel reste convenable"

"The room was ok, a bit old, but very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, set menu, and service are all very good. Dislikes: 25€/day parking space! I was assigned a parking space in the smallest corner, and the parking space next to it also had a fire door and a fire extinguisher. Logically speaking, there is only one parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they refused to change it. In the end, they gave me both parking spaces... At such a price, I wanted to park my car properly. If my car didn't park, Well, I don’t like it if you give me three parking spaces! Para el caballero, que sería encargado de recepción la tarde del día 16 de agosto, un 0 por sus malas maneras y no hace falta hablar a la gente con desprecio, no fue en ningún momento capaz de hablarme en persona, sino por Medio de otra persona and estaba delante de mi…fue una muy mala experiencia y una gran pena! "The hotel room was super clean and the location is just next to the Alhambra palace. The staff was very nice. As the room was not ready when we reached around 11am so they kept our bags. When we came back around 1pm after lunch, they checked us in. The breakfast was good. Everything was great and undoubtedly one of the best experiences."
