The location is good and convenient for traveling; the room is spacious and clean; the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. What was particularly surprising was that there was a Chinese-speaking front desk guy named Anthony. When a group of us entered the hotel lobby to check in, there were guests in front of us who were checking in and needed to wait, so he took a map of Granada and showed it to us. , explaining to us how to get to scenic spots with diagrams, and recommending delicious restaurants, so that the fatigue of our journey will disappear."

I initially misunderstood the description on Trip.com about a 'laundry room dryer,' thinking there was a coin-operated self-service laundry area (though, thinking back, a five-star hotel would naturally have staff handle it). Still, the hotel staff were very kind and explained their laundry service to me 😊. On my departure day, I had an early morning flight, and the hotel even packed two huge bags of snacks for me! They included fruit, juice, water, two sandwiches, a small cake, and a pack of mini crisps – truly fantastic! 👍👍👍 Overall, this hotel is simply amazing, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend choosing it when you visit Granada ❤️."

"The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well located: about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The hotel terrace has great views, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. What we absolutely did NOT like was the room. Although it was spacious, we were assigned one facing an interior courtyard: hardly any natural light came in, and the heat was unbearable. Even with the air conditioning set to 20-21°C (or lower), the temperature inside the room remained around 26°C according to the thermostat. It didn't cool down at all. We had to open the windows to try to get some air in, but since it was an interior courtyard, there was hardly any breeze, and we continued to be very hot. We couldn't sleep well either night (two nights). When we tried to speak to reception, they were extremely busy, and we couldn't discuss the problem, and we were very short on time for sightseeing. In short: the hotel has some very good things, but the experience in the room was so bad due to the heat and lack of light that it significantly marred our stay."

"The hotel was as expected. It was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful service. The room was good in terms of both size and furnishings and also offered a very nice view from the window (especially at night when everything is lit up). The breakfast was great! There was even the option of having an omelette freshly prepared with all the ingredients you could want. There was also a vending machine that offered freshly squeezed orange juice. That was really great. The location of the hotel was absolutely fine. You walk across the river and then have the option of being taken anywhere using public transport. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was happily stored and stowed away on the day of our departure so that we could explore the city a bit. The only drawback was the suggested pool area. The photos online showed a nice pool that we wanted to use. Unfortunately, the classic evening "swimming" as we know it doesn't seem to exist in Spain. They only ever talk about the spa area and as I understand it, you have to book a massage to even get access to it. It is also not open until 9 p.m. as advertised, but only until 7 p.m. We thought that was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, however, a recommendable hotel!"
