"The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!"

"The room was really big and clean! Even though I only stayed for one night, I wished I could have stayed longer! There was also a kettle and a small kitchen. It's close to the station, so I think it's very accessible!"

"Freundlicher Empfang mit Begrüßungsgetränk. Angenehm grosses Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhige Lage aber Fenster offen, hört man trotzdem die Straßenbahn. Frühstück sehr gut, reichliche Auswahl, Barista Kaffee, Eier auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Nur die Frage nach einem LateCheckOut (1 Stunde länger bis 12 Uhr statt 11 Uhr) hat mich verwundert. Für eine Stunde länger Zimmernutzung wollte man 35 €!! haben. Eine Stunde länger!! Schade, dies war bis vor wenigen Jahren noch eine Standard CheckOut Zeit 12 Uhr Mittags. Hier sollte man bei regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Gästen etwas auf die Preispolitik achten! Ansonsten war aber alles gut gewesen. Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Safe, WLAN, Wasserkocher und Teebar, MiniBar Kühlschrank..... Angenehme Ausstattung des Hotels."

Beds aren't made, cleaning only happens every three days, nothing is replenished, and things aren't even checked. Of course, you can report this to reception, and then someone (supposedly) comes. But that doesn't always work. The reception, in turn, is rarely, if ever, reachable by phone. If you go downstairs, you often only see one employee who is completely overwhelmed. Check-in can then take up to 30 minutes. The service in the adjoining restaurant is simply terrible. It's closed for days at a time—so you can't eat or drink anything there, even though it's advertised as being open. The employee was extremely unfriendly, but that can happen. The breakfast service was very good. In conclusion: As a frequent traveler, I would never choose this hotel again, never recommend it, and I'm really annoyed."

The location is superb, close to the scenic area entrance, with a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it easy to find meals within walking distance. Transportation is extremely convenient, with easy access to buses and the subway, and the main bus station is not far away. Moreover, the environment is exceptionally quiet; even the rooms facing the street are virtually noise-free. Combined with comfortable bedding, you can get a good night's sleep every night.
