staff are so kind and friendly .
they could do well for my requests.I really appriciate for their kindness!
however,I felt a little bit inconvenience about facilities.if there are fridge and security box in room,it would be better.

PLUS: Excellent location with friendly staff and renovated reception area.
MINUS: small, minimalist room with just the bare minimum; air conditioning installed so that just the door area reaches the adjusted temperature (rest of the room is hot); missing noise isolation against other rooms

Reception is very kind and nice. Coffee with snack is good.Location is good! I can walk to Marketplaz, St.Thomas church and St.Nicholas church.

The room design is artsy but the furnishings are very basic and I missed having any chair, sofa, table or desk. This is a budget hotel with the addition of a bathtub that looks like a shoe and free coffee machine in the lobby. But the price was reasonable, the room was quiet, the wifi was good, and the location is good. Front desk staff are just ok and not looking to go out of their way to be helpful. Most of the non-German TV stations were unavailable, as was one of the two lifts.
