Hotels with balcony in Leipzig

Das Apartment war sauber, ordentlich und insgesamt gepflegt. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Besonders ungünstig war die Unterbringung des zusätzlichen Bettes für unser Kind. Dieses stand direkt im Durchgang zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer und konnte aufgrund der Raumaufteilung auch nicht anders platziert werden. Dadurch war es kaum möglich, zwischen den Räumen hin- und herzugehen, ohne sich am Bett und damit auch am schlafenden Kind vorbeizudrängen. Gerade abends und nachts war das sehr unpraktisch. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die fehlende Privatsphäre. Das Apartment war auf beiden Fensterseiten von umliegenden Wohnungen und Büroräumen aus einsehbar. Sobald man die Verdunkelungsvorhänge öffnete, gab es keinerlei Sichtschutz mehr. Man musste sich somit praktisch zwischen Tageslicht und Privatsphäre entscheiden. Das betraf auch den Balkon, der zum Innenhof ausgerichtet war. Durch die zahlreichen Fenster der umliegenden Wohnungen und Büros fühlte man sich dort sehr beobachtet. Für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt im Freien war er daher aus unserer Sicht kaum geeignet. Allenfalls zum kurzen Rauchen dürfte er seinen Zweck erfüllen. Für Nichtraucher bietet der Balkon unter diesen Umständen leider kaum einen Mehrwert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit und den gepflegten Zustand des Apartments. Insgesamt hätten wir uns jedoch eine praktischere Schlafmöglichkeit für unser Kind und vor allem mehr Privatsphäre gewünscht.

The location was good and it was really clean because it was a newly opened hotel! The hotel facilities were also good. However, if I had to point out a downside, it would be that the interior was a bit messy. But it was still really good!

Location is fantastic. Near all transport like tram, rail etc. Old market is nearby. Churches are within walking distance. The Leipzig HBF is bustling with people and shops, very convenient Rooms are clean and very very functional. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast spread is ok and taste good. Service from front desk is too notch

Ein sehr hübsches kleines Hotel. Sehr zentrumnah gelegen. Zimmer sauber, ordentlich. Frühstück ausreichend. Personal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great place Quiet, clean, lovely. Run unto solo travelers as well as families and big groups The pub downstairs is great for those who love to enjoy a beer, but not loud at all for those who like to sleep early Lovely back yard Will definitely come back again

 The hotel's service staff is very good and will try their best to answer passengers' questions. Although the hotel is in the city center, it is very quiet and suitable for sleep. A large bed in the double room is relatively wide and sleeps well.

Hotel service is particularly good, the front desk is very warm and friendly, the surrounding location is also very good, walking distance to the food street, the room is large, the health is very clean, the price is very high.

Simpel praktisch hotel. Locatie ietswat buiten de stad maar wel een tram voor de deur. Die tram is echter ook wel een potentieel nadeel. Je hoort en voelt de tram zeker. Niet storend in de nacht voor kamers aan de achterkant maar kan me voorstellen dat de kamers aan de straat dit anders ervaren.

Hotelzimmer war geräumig, schön schlicht und modern eingerichtet und sauber. Bett weich mit Topper, nur das Spannbettlaken nicht für die Größe passend (Matratze hat sich gewellt). Bad und Dusche sauber, Fön vorhanden und Duschgel. Toilettenpapierhalter hat gefehlt. Wasserschaden im Bad neben Dusche, was wir an Rezeption gemeldet haben. Hotel gut zentral gelegen, zu Fuß die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Parkplatz keiner direkt vor Hotel. Kiesplatz für 10 € pro Tag um die Ecke buchbar. Besser noch der Parkplatz vom Edeka (in der Nähe) für 6 € pro Tag. Personal freundlich, aber nicht überbemüht. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir erstmal auf eine Dame warten, bis wir einchecken konnten, weil Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Auf die Frage, ob es Parkplätze zum Aufladen des E-Autos gäbe, war die Antwort nur:”Keine Ahnung...haben wir bisher nicht gebraucht...” Mithilfe von google konnten wir dann aber gleich in der Nähe 2 Plätze finden. Das Gebäude selbst 160 Jahre alt, schöner Backsteinbau mit tollem Innenhof (im Sommer bestimmt sehr schön zum Sitzen dort) und renoviert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: viel Auswahl, reichlich zum Nachnehmen, leckere Kaffeemaschine, verschiedenste Säfte und man konnte individuell z.b. nach einem gekochten Ei fragen. Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für 2 Nächte und Stadtbesichtigung auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues. 4. Facilities and Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of options, catering to various dietary requirements. Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work.
