"It was very strange that the key card here uses a red light and multiple beeps to open the room door. Normally, hotels would just have a green light and one beep to enter. Here, you have to wait for the light and beeps to finish flashing before you can enter. At first, I thought the key card wasn't working, so I went to the front desk to ask for a new card or a different room. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on the ceiling. However, there were no tissues provided, and no laundry service."

"Quite expensive stay. Was surprised that I had to pay extra capsules for the coffee machine in my room … no refill during the 7 days of my stay … when you pay 400 euros per night … that’s a shame! Rooms are quite simple and a bit old fashion but the area is very central and the staff lovely."

"After a slight initial confusion during check-in – I'd never booked through a system like this before – I was genuinely thrilled with the quality of the rooms! "The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The garage entrance will be a bit narrow if you have a bigger car and they have limited number of parking spots available, the fee is 38€/daywhich is a bit too much in my opinion."

"I had a disappointing experience regarding the bed assignment. I specifically requested a lower bed, but upon arrival I was assigned to a bunk on the 3rd level, and even placed in the middle bunk. This was uncomfortable and not what I had requested. It seems that guest preferences are not taken seriously, which negatively affected my stay."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very clean, and overall feels well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I especially liked that coffee and drinks are available anytime, which is a really nice touch. The breakfast was also great, and the pancake machine was such a cute and fun addition. I would also like to give a special thank you to Adrian at the front desk (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was absolutely fantastic, very kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He communicated clearly and handled everything very well. I even noticed he was training other colleagues, and it was obvious that he understands the business and customer service extremely well. He really made a positive difference during my stay. There was unfortunately one issue with housekeeping during my stay. I had stayed one day, liked it so much stayed 4 more days. On my first day, on several occasions a cleaner entered or attempted to enter my room early in the morning even though check-out was at 12:00. On my first day they knocked at 11am/12/12.30 and actually came in at 12pm, although I had paid for late check out (which by the way is an amazing option to have), while I was still naked in bed.  One cleaner in particular — an older woman with short burgundy/brown hair — was quite abrupt. She repeatedly gestured for me to leave quickly. At one point she pointed at her wrist as if indicating a watch and used hand gestures to signal that I should hurry and leave, even though I still had time before check-out. It felt quite uncomfortable, especially as housekeeping knocked once and then opened the door quickly on a couple of occasions. On my last day, someone actually came in at 10AM in the morning. I just do not understand. I know it is a big hotel, I know they have to get a lot of rooms done in a short amount of time. I just do not understand the aggression of demanding a guest to leave so they can clean. Thankfully, Adrian at the front desk was extremely helpful when I explained the situation. He took my concern seriously and helped communicate with the housekeeping team so it wouldn’t continue. Adrian really saved my stay!"

"It was a very comfortable hotel. I liked everything about it, especially the modern shower and the capsule coffee machine. There were two large grocery stores nearby — REWE and Lidl. There was also a subway station nearby, which made it possible to reach the city center very quickly."

"This hotel is splendid! It's new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The shower and all bathroom amenities, including soap, shampoo, and shower gel, are all from Rituals – absolutely fantastic! The location is superb; it's about a 5-minute walk to the train station, but not in a sketchy area; quite the opposite, it's very civilized. All the major tourist attractions are nearby! We were able to check in early, and the staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. Check-out at 12:00 PM is also a huge plus, especially compared to many hotels that have an 11:00 AM check-out. I wish this hotel continued success and always happy guests!"

"The hotel is very close to Hamburg train station, a ten-minute walk away, and also convenient for visiting other attractions in the city. The swimming pool is currently under renovation and unavailable. The room is spacious, but the pillows are a bit too high."

"Hotel have a great location closed to the train station we have stayed at this hotel for some years ago. But this time our room was not as expected as it’s was on the 6th floor (last floor and ) and it has gable roof room which is very closed to the bed so we need to be extra careful to not hitting our heads against the wall while we go through. Otherwise everyone was more than good , breakfast was very delicious and helful staff they allow us to forlong our check out 2 hours with no fee. Absolutely will stay here again but in another floor :)"
