"The hotel is luxurious with a grand design. I really loved the overall decor style of the guest rooms. The sky lobby on the 28th floor is particularly striking; it's spacious, high, and simply exudes luxury. The disposable amenities in the room were very comprehensive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in, which had a great variety of fruits. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and polite. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, right near Suzhou Road Food Street. It was so easy to walk around, explore, and grab a bite to eat! We even got a free upgrade to a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub – it was really spacious for four people. **Environment:** It was quiet, though the soundproofing wasn't the best. **Cleanliness:** Excellent 👍 **Service:** Fantastic 👍 They were very responsive, and there's a free laundry room. "I brought my elderly parents and young child to Zunyi, and after comparing about a dozen five-star/diamond hotels, we ultimately chose this one. The stay truly exceeded our expectations. A few details really highlight the hotel's management quality: 1. The lobby manager, around thirty years old, was incredibly perceptive. He proactively met us when we arrived for check-in and brought us water while we were doing the paperwork. The next day, after I dropped my family off at the hotel entrance parking area, another car parked to the side, making it difficult for my somewhat wide car to pass. Just as I was about to get out and ask them to move, the lobby manager appeared and helped coordinate the car's relocation. In short, he even took on the duties of the bellman. 2. The front desk staff proactively helped my family take their luggage to the room. 3. My elderly parent scraped their arm while hiking, and the hotel front desk helped us purchase ointment. 4. After coming back in the evening and wanting to wash some dirty clothes, the front desk arranged for them to be picked up. They were washed, dried, sealed, packed, and returned, all within three hours. In the past, these were standard services for major international five-star chains, but now many Ctrip five-diamond and even five-star hotels don't offer this level of service anymore. It's rare that this hotel still maintains it. The hotel's decor isn't brand new, but it's generally clean and hygienic. The bedding and throws met expectations, and very importantly, the carpets didn't have that dirty, dingy look. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Road, just a two or three-minute walk away, in a bustling commercial area with many restaurants. Our room faced the residential complex side, so it was quiet and not noisy. This hotel also offers a complimentary daily fruit platter, executive lounge afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. I heard you can even book a session to feed alpacas. Although we went out to eat and drink every day and didn't have time to pet animals, the free amenities were really nice. The service attitude of the front desk, lobby manager, and even the cleaning staff was beyond expectations. They smiled sweetly, responded quickly, and proactively greeted us from a distance, which is much better than the usual 'professional' smile. This is truly commendable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a rare five-diamond hotel that truly met our expectations."

Its decoration style is unique and unique, and the garden-style rooms are even more ingenious. "The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit."

"I booked two courtyard rooms, and both were incredibly clean, with no hidden spots of dirt. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a comfortable hotel in Zunyi. Even the mosquito net was dust-free, which was great for me as I have a dust mite allergy. Although I couldn't get a king-size bed, the hotel proactively helped combine two beds and added a safety rail. We put the kids to bed early, and the courtyard room was surprisingly quiet; we barely heard any noise from the evening programs. The service at the hotel and throughout the entire scenic area was excellent. My kids spent two full days doing crafts and were absolutely thrilled. The crafts and goods in the scenic area are clearly priced and uniformly managed, making for a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. Miaowang Hotel definitely has the best location; it's a must-stay if you're traveling with elderly people or children. You just step out of the hotel and go down the stairs to reach the core scenic area, no shuttle bus needed. Considering the cost of tickets and shuttle buses, the room itself is an incredible value. Compared to other villages, Wujiang Village truly is a small but beautiful gem. I will definitely visit again. If I had to nitpick, there are two points: The staff at the scenic area's parking lot were quite fierce and irritable, which left a very poor first impression, but all the other staff members were exceptionally good. Also, there was a dripping sound from the toilet at night that echoed in the room, which might affect light sleepers."

"I've stayed at several Kaiyuan hotels, and this one in Xinpu truly stands out. The setting is fantastic, like a hotel nestled in a garden, and the interior decor is quite luxurious. For the price, it's excellent value for money. A special shoutout to Du at the front desk for her professional and warm service; she made me feel right at home. "The hotel wasn't far from the conference venue, and I expected it to be decent for the price, except for the slightly long parking lot. However, they offered to pick me up and drop me off with my luggage, and breakfast was included. The value for money and overall experience were excellent; it was truly great. Coffee and snacks were available for self-service at the front desk, and they even provided thoughtful services like hand cream. I would definitely buy from them again."

We took our one-year-old on a two-day short trip. It was a two-hour drive from Guiyang, and the roads were pretty good. As soon as we arrived at the guesthouse, we could feel the immense enthusiasm from every single staff member; the service was truly excellent! The East Restaurant has baby high chairs, and upon check-in, we received fruit and snacks. Although it was a shame that it rained constantly during our two-day stay, you could still tell the environment here is beautiful. You can feed the sika deer, and there's also a swimming pool. The indoors were also quite clean and hygienic. We definitely want to come back in the summer; it'll be perfect for photos and very relaxing!

The hotel is located right in the heart of Wujiangzhai Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. There are shuttle buses available for getting in and out of the village, which drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. The biggest advantage of staying inside the scenic area is that after enjoying the drone show and iron flower performance, you don't have to rush for a ride – you can simply walk back to the hotel to relax! The hotel itself is designed in a traditional stilt-house style, which is very distinctive. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a lovely Chinese aesthetic. They're also fully equipped with modern amenities like smart toilets and refrigerators. The front desk service generally receives high praise; the staff are warm and attentive, always willing to introduce the hotel's facilities and suggest sightseeing routes. Plus, luggage can be checked for free.

So glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

Not far from the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for transportation. It's quiet, has a garden in front, and a wine culture museum across the street. The garden plaza features 'Bai Jia Xing' (hundred family names) sealed wine jars, where everyone can find their own surname. It has a very distinctive local character. The price is affordable and breakfast is included, though the room is a bit small.

The owner of this 民宿 will never understand how grateful i was for her help. I came for 1 night and stayed for 3 due to a series of misfortunes. When i arrived i had forgot my passport in the previous city i stayed 200kms away. The owner calmly checked me in anyways and coordinated with my previous hotel to retrieve my passport. Later that day i got heatstroke and i fell down a flight of stairs really hurting my tailbone, the owner gave me medicine and checked up on me. My passport arrived in the morning and i was feeling a bit better. Then my phone got wet and broke. The Owner helped me find a shop to repair my phone and finally after 3 days, i was able to leave. Being a foreigner lost without passport or money or GPS is very scary. The owner helped keep me safe and calm. I’ll never ever forget her considerate and caring presence. Thank you forever!

I really like this hotel. I stayed for two days and I was reluctant to leave when I left. Very distinctive hotel, scattered between the mountains, covering a large area. It was rebuilt from the original site of the ancient village, which is very design. The combination of mountains and ancient houses is my favorite tone. Walking in the morning and evening is really pleasant. The service is also good, the little sister at the front desk and the big sister who sent the luggage are very good, like one. It is recommended to improve the breakfast, and the price of 58 yuan is completely unworthy, and it is recommended to cancel the karaoke in the restaurant. Although it stopped at 9 o'clock, in such a beautiful nature, I heard ghosts crying and wolf barking, and I was really embarrassed by the scenery.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the night was good. The facilities are complete and the WiFi is great.
