"I brought my elderly parents and young child to Zunyi, and after comparing about a dozen five-star/diamond hotels, we ultimately chose this one. The stay truly exceeded our expectations. A few details really highlight the hotel's management quality:
1. The lobby manager, around thirty years old, was incredibly perceptive. He proactively met us when we arrived for check-in and brought us water while we were doing the paperwork. The next day, after I dropped my family off at the hotel entrance parking area, another car parked to the side, making it difficult for my somewhat wide car to pass. Just as I was about to get out and ask them to move, the lobby manager appeared and helped coordinate the car's relocation. In short, he even took on the duties of the bellman.
2. The front desk staff proactively helped my family take their luggage to the room.
3. My elderly parent scraped their arm while hiking, and the hotel front desk helped us purchase ointment.
4. After coming back in the evening and wanting to wash some dirty clothes, the front desk arranged for them to be picked up. They were washed, dried, sealed, packed, and returned, all within three hours. In the past, these were standard services for major international five-star chains, but now many Ctrip five-diamond and even five-star hotels don't offer this level of service anymore. It's rare that this hotel still maintains it.
The hotel's decor isn't brand new, but it's generally clean and hygienic. The bedding and throws met expectations, and very importantly, the carpets didn't have that dirty, dingy look. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Road, just a two or three-minute walk away, in a bustling commercial area with many restaurants. Our room faced the residential complex side, so it was quiet and not noisy.
This hotel also offers a complimentary daily fruit platter, executive lounge afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. I heard you can even book a session to feed alpacas. Although we went out to eat and drink every day and didn't have time to pet animals, the free amenities were really nice.
The service attitude of the front desk, lobby manager, and even the cleaning staff was beyond expectations. They smiled sweetly, responded quickly, and proactively greeted us from a distance, which is much better than the usual 'professional' smile. This is truly commendable.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a rare five-diamond hotel that truly met our expectations."

The price is affordable and breakfast is included, though the room is a bit small."

"I've stayed at several Kaiyuan hotels, and this one in Xinpu truly stands out. The setting is fantastic, like a hotel nestled in a garden, and the interior decor is quite luxurious. For the price, it's excellent value for money. A special shoutout to Du at the front desk for her professional and warm service; she made me feel right at home. I was invited to join their Bailuxia membership program, which will make future bookings even more affordable. The room itself was luxurious, the bedding was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. "The hotel wasn't far from the conference venue, and I expected it to be decent for the price, except for the slightly long parking lot. However, they offered to pick me up and drop me off with my luggage, and breakfast was included. The value for money and overall experience were excellent; it was truly great. MiaozuI was a little nervous before booking because the price wasn't cheap, and I worried the experience wouldn't be good enough. However, I figured the numerous positive reviews about the excellent service would be good. My experience was truly beyond expectations (I knew it would be good, but I didn't expect it to be this good), and the scenery was breathtaking.
Guizhou-style dinner for two: The hotel offers a complimentary dinner for two, and my husband, an elderly couple, and three children didn't have to pay extra. We enjoyed the hotel buffet. We arrived at 7 p.m., and while the food was plentiful, the manager kept saying they were out of dishes and even cooked us a special Guizhou spicy chicken dish. My husband said it was incredibly flavorful.
The bar always had drinks and ice water, making it a relaxing summer drink.
After dinner, we took a stroll around the hotel, which was very relaxing.
The driver of the electric scooter was always available, and when we left, he took us to the parking lot and then back to the scenic area gate to take us to the bus. The entire hotel staff gave me the same friendly and relaxed feeling as a Sanya resort hotel.
My second child was struck by the hotel's beauty the moment they entered, and even asked if it had a swimming pool. It felt like a seaside resort. Swimming in the outdoor pool felt like wandering between heaven and earth, and the fresh scent of the pine forest permeated my breath.
We also received complimentary tickets to the Yunmen Tun Scenic Area, which also included a stroll, and the scenery was beautiful.
We took photos and posted them on WeChat, and everyone was amazed by the beauty. I look forward to returning in autumn to see the different scenery.
A small suggestion would be to add more family-friendly facilities and some forest activities. While you can swim in the summer, there are some activities in the fall and winter that will provide a more enriching experience for children.

YouduojinjiuyouduoyuanFirst off, the hotel's location is super convenient, right near Suzhou Road Food Street. It was so easy to walk around, explore, and grab a bite to eat! We even got a free upgrade to a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub – it was really spacious for four people.
**Environment:** It was quiet, though the soundproofing wasn't the best.
**Cleanliness:** Excellent 👍
**Service:** Fantastic 👍 They were very responsive, and there's a free laundry room.
And I have to mention, the late-night snacks were absolutely delicious 😋

There are shuttle buses available for getting in and out of the village, which drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. The biggest advantage of staying inside the scenic area is that after enjoying the drone show and iron flower performance, you don't have to rush for a ride – you can simply walk back to the hotel to relax!
The hotel itself is designed in a traditional stilt-house style, which is very distinctive. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a lovely Chinese aesthetic. They're also fully equipped with modern amenities like smart toilets and refrigerators.
The front desk service generally receives high praise; the staff are warm and attentive, always willing to introduce the hotel's facilities and suggest sightseeing routes. Plus, luggage can be checked for free.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the Lanhai Expressway entrance and exit. It is suitable for resting during the journey.
There are various dining, coffee shops, fast food downstairs.
The only dissatisfaction was that I checked in at one o'clock in the morning and found that the hotel sheets must have been changed by the last guest. The quilt was opened with a small black dot, dust or clothes hair balls, and several short hairs... The bed is also the kind that obviously someone has slept. Not the hard crease of the sheets.
I brought my own quilt cover and didn't toss late at night. But it's really annoying... shouldn't one customer change be the most basic? Although the price is very favorable, it is too difficult to accept the sheets without changing this.

So glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

The owner of this 民宿 will never understand how grateful i was for her help. I came for 1 night and stayed for 3 due to a series of misfortunes. When i arrived i had forgot my passport in the previous city i stayed 200kms away. The owner calmly checked me in anyways and coordinated with my previous hotel to retrieve my passport. Later that day i got heatstroke and i fell down a flight of stairs really hurting my tailbone, the owner gave me medicine and checked up on me. My passport arrived in the morning and i was feeling a bit better. Then my phone got wet and broke. The Owner helped me find a shop to repair my phone and finally after 3 days, i was able to leave. Being a foreigner lost without passport or money or GPS is very scary. The owner helped keep me safe and calm. I’ll never ever forget her considerate and caring presence. Thank you forever!

Anonymous UserThe right way to open it is to come to Wujiangzhai and stay in the scenic spot. Mushan Hotel is at the highest point of the village. You need to take a car to go to the core scenic area. We booked Building 2. In the early morning, when we opened the window on the balcony, we were surrounded by green trees and the chirping of birds. The hotel service is very good. You can get free tickets, free shuttle bus, and free parking fees. The staff also helps to check in your luggage. Special thanks to the front desk of the hotel. Because the family brought a lot of things with them on a family trip, a bag of the child's things fell in the lobby. It was only when I went to bed at night that I remembered that there was a tablet in it. I hurriedly went to the lobby to look for it. I didn't expect to find it, but I didn't expect it. The staff has picked it up and placed it at the front desk. Just for this reason, this scenic spot is worth visiting again.

Very inn with architectural styles in northern Fujian
A few minutes walk from the Shuanghe Valley Scenic Area, recommended front desk ticket purchase and discount
Online ticket purchases also get hotel paper tickets
Breakfast, lunch and evening can be arranged in the hotel banquet hall. I like the breakfast noodles.
But 9:30 closed dinner a bit early, 8:30 went, basically nothing.
The soundproofing of the house is a bit worse. You can hear it up and down.
And the bathroom is more offensive, the shower is slow.
Note that the room type recommendation map is not very accurate. You can use my video for reference.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the night was good. The facilities are complete and the WiFi is great.
