The hotel has excellent amenities; our room was spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting all our needs as friends traveling together. The gym and swimming pool also offered more options for relaxation during our free time. Most importantly, it was just a few minutes' walk from the venue – incredibly convenient! The hotel's price was also very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money, completely exceeding our expectations. "I've stayed at several Kaiyuan hotels, and this one in Xinpu truly stands out. The setting is fantastic, like a hotel nestled in a garden, and the interior decor is quite luxurious. For the price, it's excellent value for money. A special shoutout to Du at the front desk for her professional and warm service; she made me feel right at home. I was invited to join their Bailuxia membership program, which will make future bookings even more affordable. The room itself was luxurious, the bedding was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. A truly wonderful trip!"

"This hotel is very grand and perfectly suited for business trips. The service is exceptional, and the view from the 28th floor is fantastic, offering a wide, expansive vista. The front desk staff are quite welcoming, and all the facilities, including the air conditioning, are well-maintained. Even the elevator lobbies have air conditioning, keeping the temperature pleasant and comfortable. The rooms come with laundry bags, and the laundry service is very convenient; they fold your clothes nicely and deliver them back to your room. Five-star rating!"

"This is my second visit to Zunyi, and I stumbled upon the Phoenix Grand Hotel. After checking in, I realized it was indeed the most satisfying part of my trip! On the morning of our check-in, while we were still enjoying Chishui, the hotel called to confirm our itinerary. When we arrived in the afternoon, we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Even though it was during the Qingming Festival, they still offered us a very favorable rate for the extended stay. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively arranged a room for us on the first floor. The hotel is located in Huichuan District, which I consider to be Zunyi's new urban area. Suzhou Road, with tons of great food options, is just a short walk downstairs. You can find many Zunyi specialties within a few steps, like Min Si, Yiguo Xian, Huagongchang Roast Chicken, and Laopopo Ice Slush... so many choices that we couldn't try them all in two days. Phoenix Mountain is right behind the hotel, and the Zunyi Conference Site is about four kilometers away. Taxis are readily available downstairs at all times, making transportation very convenient. Now, let's talk about what impressed us the most about the hotel. While other hotels only allow you to wash one or two items for a fee, Phoenix Grand Hotel offers free laundry services every day. Each room's laundry is washed in a separate machine, dried, folded, and returned to your room. This was incredibly thoughtful for us, as parents traveling with children, who worry about clothes not drying. We could also sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, as it's served until 12 PM. There's afternoon tea from 2 PM to 6 PM, and late-night snacks from 8 PM to 1 AM (rice noodles, noodles, rice skin, wontons, tangyuan, and congee – your choice). Oh, and upon check-in, there was a fruit platter in the room (mango, grapes, green dates, cherry tomatoes, bananas...). If you're driving, the front desk will even help you book a car wash right behind the hotel lobby. Just hand them your keys, and they'll even park your car back in the parking lot after it's washed. When we checked out, the front desk proactively asked how many children we had and thoughtfully provided us with several bottles of the hotel's special chrysanthemum tea to drink on our journey. In summary, the service is very attentive, and their responses are prompt. I highly recommend choosing this hotel when you visit Zunyi!"

The front desk had a 'treasure box' with essentials like earplugs, eye masks, makeup remover wipes, and face towels, which was perfect for my business trip. It's approximately a 30-minute drive from Xinzhou Airport, offering convenient transportation and ample parking, making it ideal for leisure and vacation. The lobby is grand, and the guest rooms are spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, and filled with fresh air, ensuring a good night's sleep. Even during holidays when the hotel was fully booked, the front desk service remained excellent. The attentive and meticulous service of Jiang Yuanhuai on the 6th floor left a deep impression on me and my family."

"I chose the newly opened Mehao Lizhi for my business trip to Zunyi, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! It's about a ten-minute taxi ride from Zunyi High-speed Railway Station, costing around ten yuan, so getting there was super convenient. I especially want to praise their thoughtful amenities for business travelers – a 24-hour laundry room and gym are available, and the staff can even help wash, iron, and deliver your clothes to your room, which is incredibly helpful for frequent travelers. The breakfast was delicious, and there are tons of great food options nearby, including lamb powder, douhua noodles, BBQ, and roasted chicken – you can find all the local specialties right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, the service is attentive and excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zunyi, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure!"
