We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days. Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up.
