"I brought my elderly parents and young child to Zunyi, and after comparing about a dozen five-star/diamond hotels, we ultimately chose this one. The stay truly exceeded our expectations. A few details really highlight the hotel's management quality: 1. The lobby manager, around thirty years old, was incredibly perceptive. He proactively met us when we arrived for check-in and brought us water while we were doing the paperwork. The next day, after I dropped my family off at the hotel entrance parking area, another car parked to the side, making it difficult for my somewhat wide car to pass. Just as I was about to get out and ask them to move, the lobby manager appeared and helped coordinate the car's relocation. In short, he even took on the duties of the bellman. 2. The front desk staff proactively helped my family take their luggage to the room. 3. My elderly parent scraped their arm while hiking, and the hotel front desk helped us purchase ointment. 4. After coming back in the evening and wanting to wash some dirty clothes, the front desk arranged for them to be picked up. They were washed, dried, sealed, packed, and returned, all within three hours. In the past, these were standard services for major international five-star chains, but now many Ctrip five-diamond and even five-star hotels don't offer this level of service anymore. It's rare that this hotel still maintains it. The hotel's decor isn't brand new, but it's generally clean and hygienic. The bedding and throws met expectations, and very importantly, the carpets didn't have that dirty, dingy look. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Road, just a two or three-minute walk away, in a bustling commercial area with many restaurants. Our room faced the residential complex side, so it was quiet and not noisy. This hotel also offers a complimentary daily fruit platter, executive lounge afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. I heard you can even book a session to feed alpacas. Although we went out to eat and drink every day and didn't have time to pet animals, the free amenities were really nice. The service attitude of the front desk, lobby manager, and even the cleaning staff was beyond expectations. They smiled sweetly, responded quickly, and proactively greeted us from a distance, which is much better than the usual 'professional' smile. This is truly commendable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a rare five-diamond hotel that truly met our expectations."

The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the staff are very enthusiastic. However, there's indeed an issue with the parking lot, as mentioned in some reviews. To be fair, the parking problem is inherent to the building itself, not the hotel. The hotel could only resolve this if they owned the entire property. Still, the guest experience would be significantly improved if the hotel could add a security gate, a dehumidifier, and an air freshener to the elevator lobby within the parking garage."

The decoration is simple and special, giving Guizhou red culture and ethnic cultural elements very interesting, and I like solid wood and bamboo with materials. The room is clean and bright, parking nearby is convenient, the price is better than the nearby Lavande Hanting, will visit next time."

"When I brought my kids to visit the Zunyi Conference Site, I wanted to stay somewhere nearby. This place is only 300 meters from the site, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a Walmart right downstairs and a food court, with Victory Square across the street and a food street just 400 meters away. The location is absolutely fantastic! The restaurant downstairs is also good, with a wide variety for breakfast and reasonable prices. Other guests mentioned noise from the school, but since we checked in on a weekend, we weren't affected at all. An unexpected bonus was the phoenix trees right outside the window; the yellow leaves in the winter sun made for an amazing view. The room was clean and tidy, though the electric kettle had clearly been cleaned with white vinegar, as it had a strong vinegary smell when opened. Definitely recommended! I didn't take any pictures of the room, so I've included a photo of a hot pot from the food street instead, haha."

"Let's start with the positives: the hotel's amenities and disposable toiletries were noticeably refined, and the breakfast was incredibly rich, comparable to a five-star hotel! Now for the downsides: 1. The hotel and scenic area are integrated, but the shuttle service for check-in was terrible. We entered from Xizhaikou, and they wouldn't handle our luggage. It took one and a half hours for two front desk staff members to check us in and for two shuttle rides to get us to our room. 2. We chose a twin room with an unobstructed view, but what we actually saw was the building across the street. For over 800 yuan, it was advertised as spacious and comfortable, but the room was actually quite small. With two 1.2-meter beds, there was barely enough space to turn around. We had to call three times to get the children's slippers delivered. 3. After I reported the issues, Ctrip resolved them very quickly. The hotel called to ask for details, but didn't offer any compensation, just told us to go enjoy our trip, which I did. My good rating goes to Ctrip. Everyone should choose according to their needs."

"I was drawn to this hotel by its newly renovated French decor, which was completed in 2026, and I was genuinely surprised and delighted after checking in. The public areas, with their deer fountain, atmospheric lobby, and elegant afternoon tea space, all exude French sophistication. It's also very convenient, being so close to the conference venue and easy to catch a taxi right outside. The guest rooms are well-appointed with L'Occitane toiletries, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. The dining options are extensive, with a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, and vegetarian dishes. The freshly ground coffee and highly-rated raw toast were particularly outstanding, and the afternoon tea felt truly ceremonial. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, even preparing welcome fruits and late-night snacks. This hotel is perfectly suited for leisure travel, a relaxing getaway, or business trips. My entire stay was excellent, and I will definitely be returning."

The parking lot also has plenty of spaces. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and not at all cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my elderly family members rested well. The open-air corridors offer expansive views, and it was wonderfully relaxing to enjoy the breeze and scenery in the evening. They even offered heartwarming congee at night, which was perfect for warming the stomach and very considerate for those returning late with kids. The self-service laundry room comes with independent dryers, which is a lifesaver for long trips when you need to dry clothes quickly – a real essential for families with children. The 'angelic' front desk staff were gentle and attentive, patiently answering all our questions and providing thoughtful service throughout our stay. The chocolate puppies were also adorable. The overall environment was quiet and serene, not noisy or chaotic, making it ideal for a family to relax and unwind. Everything, from hygiene and facilities to service, was impeccable, and it offered great value for money. The next time I bring my family to Zunyi, I'll definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to all friends traveling with kids or family!"

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and it's only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the Zunyi Conference Meeting Site, making check-in very convenient."
