Lastly, the free night time porridge was very watery and not nice at all when I tried it.

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed in, but you should just think of it as a ”guesthouse” since the price is really cheap. Upon entering the room, it seemed well-maintained, but some corners and more secluded areas had a lot of dust (as shown in the picture). The room wasn't very large, but it was sufficient. The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious, and the rain shower was very comfortable. The only downside was that there were no chairs in the room, only a high stool. If two people bought takeout and ate it in the room, one person had to stand or sit on the edge of the bed to eat. It would have been more comfortable with two chairs (with backrests). The location is its biggest advantage; it's not far from the pedestrian street, the old street, and major attractions, and there are many places to eat.

Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage. Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered... The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰 Room can get the reward! Room and bathroom very clean. There are hooks for the towels, which are very rare. Big mirror with light around it in bathroom and full length mirror next to cupboard. Room doesn't have good sound proof - hear everything next door. Quite noisy from outside from early morning .
