The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

The room facilities and hygiene are good, but the premium is too high. The rooms that usually cost more than 300 yuan are sold for more than 1,100 yuan during the Spring Festival. The parking lot is just outside the first floor of the hotel, and there are staff to guide. Because of the rush of this trip, I booked one more room and wanted to negotiate to cancel, but the front desk disagreed. If all the rooms are full, I can understand, after all, the hotel will lose money if it can't be sold. But I confirmed that there are still many rooms that have not been booked, and I booked an ordinary double bed room. Later, the front desk suggested to help me sell this room, selling it for 400 yuan lower, and then called to say that it was sold. I thought about whether it was sold at a low price. The front desk kept emphasizing that it would not deceive me, but was unwilling to agree to show it to me. Fortunately, I am not stupid. I called Ctrip, and Ctrip said that it was sold at full price, so it would refund the full amount. The front desk staff of the hotel who want to take advantage of it is really not good. I am extremely disappointed! No matter how good it is, I will not stay next time. I want to give a thumbs up to the staff of Ctrip, with a good attitude and high efficiency! There is a big problem with the hotel, that is, it is very noisy at night, and I can't sleep at all. There are midnight snacks and the sound of KTV. I was very tired that day, but I couldn't sleep at all. So, I really don’t recommend it!
