The hotel management is chaotic and can't handle a large number of guests."

"On the first day, the bathroom drain was clogged when I took a shower at night. I reported it to customer service, and it took them an hour to fix it. The next morning, I went out and didn't return to the hotel until after 3 PM, only to find that my room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, and they first asked if I had activated the 'Do Not Disturb' button. After checking, I replied that I hadn't. Then, the front desk asked if I had pressed the 'Make Up Room' button. I was speechless – isn't room cleaning supposed to be a daily routine? This was the first time I'd heard such an absurd question. I then went down to the front desk myself to sort it out. They said they would arrange for a housekeeper to clean the room, without a single word of apology throughout the entire process. About 10 minutes later, a housekeeper arrived to clean the room. Is this really the service quality of a five-star hotel in Zhanjiang??? I booked the 'Garden Rhyme Family Suite,' no less. Honestly, this stay was a truly terrible experience and very disappointing!"

The downside was the strong smell of smoke in the rooms; I checked into two rooms and the smell was so strong that I eventually had to switch to a non-smoking double room. I suggest the hotel stop using carpets that trap dirt and absorb odors."

"I booked a lucky king-size bed room. The room was a little old, but very clean. The only problem was that I lived on the first floor and there were too many mosquitoes. The hot springs were nice, with few people and high temperatures. I especially liked the small health pools inside. If you don't want to go out, you can eat at the restaurant in the yard. You can have breakfast or dinner. The croissants are very good."

"Very satisfied, the homestay is clean and hygienic, the details are in place, and the service is thoughtful. The housekeeper sister is responsive and called us in advance to arrange the pick-up and drop-off at the pier, which is very reassuring. Also helped us rent a tram at an affordable price. Wanghai swimming pool is very comfortable. Every day, I see my sister cleaning. The boss will also call the children who have not changed their swimsuits to prevent pollution of the water quality. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10 o'clock. There is no need to get up early. It is very friendly to lazy people. There are many varieties of breakfast, white porridge + fried small fish yyds, ate for three consecutive days, freshly ground coffee is not bad. The wash basin is Kohler, the smart toilet is toto, it feels good 👍 If you don’t want to go far, you can harvest crab snails and shells on the small beach at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel terrace is also beautiful to watch the sunset. It is a great place to be in a daze. Unfortunately, there are not many seafood in the bad weather these days. But also because of the blessings, I have harvested a lot of super beautiful shells! I am going to come back with my friends next year."

I informed the front desk before leaving, and they promised to arrange for someone to fix it. However, when I returned after an entire afternoon, no one had done anything! Furthermore, the purified water supply was also cut off, and when I requested water delivery, they refused and insisted I purchase it myself! This is the first time I've encountered such extremely poor service."
