"Extremely satisfied! The hotel's facilities, environment, and service are all excellent, with every detail, both hardware and software, being perfectly executed. Great value for money! You can tell the owner is very good at business and quite generous! Oh, there's one tiny flaw I forgot to mention to the staff: the shower door tends to hit the glass partition separating it from the toilet when opened. Perhaps a bumper strip could be added to prevent guests from accidentally breaking it."

"The entire hotel really showcases a lot of thought and effort in its design, especially with all the small details – you can snap a great picture almost anywhere. The butler service was excellent and very attentive, and all the staff were proactive and welcoming. Our room overlooked the pastoral scenery through a full-length window, making it incredibly comfortable and airy. However, due to the overall design style, there's nowhere to hide or block views within the room. If you're not a couple, this might be a bit inconvenient. A small suggestion: adding blinds to the toilet and shower room doors would be helpful. Also, it would be great if some soft cushions could be provided in the cabinet for the tatami area, available for guests to use if needed. If you're looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place for a getaway. On clear days, you can catch beautiful sunsets, and at night, you can look up to a sky full of stars and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Just a heads-up: the pool wasn't open yet during our visit, and you need to communicate with the butler in advance to use the public hot spring area. The restaurant serves excellent new-style fusion cuisine with a farmhouse flair, and the butler will arrange everything perfectly for you. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance!"

"The room overall was great, with the swimming lane right outside the balcony. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with Swan Lake and Baojing Palace scenic area, making these three days very fulfilling and satisfying. The room also has an air purifier. During our stay, there was a guest group chat where we could request anything we needed, and the customer service staff were very quick to respond. Manager Chen Jinling provided excellent service; she contacted me before arrival to send the hotel's location and explain many of the hotel's services, as well as restaurant opening hours and locations. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; on the second day, I requested a change of bed linen, and they promptly took care of it without any hesitation. Overall, both adults and children were quite satisfied."

"I was so lucky to get a room upgrade! The lake view from the room was absolutely stunning! It was a great escape from the crowds during the summer holidays. The hot springs weren't numerous, but the facilities were mostly complete, and there was even a pool where the kids had a blast for ages. There's also an infinity pool near the hotel with fantastic lake views. Plus, there are activity packages available nearby, and the grass sledding, archery, and kayaking were all super fun! It's worth mentioning that all the activity facilities are incredibly well-maintained – that really deserves praise!"

"Warmth from check-in to check-out! The front desk proactively offered hot tea and local tips. The room was incredibly soundproof, and even the bathroom corners were spotless. They even offered pillows of different firmness. At check-out, they thoughtfully helped pack breakfast. This level of care truly touched me, and it's already on my list for a return stay! Soaking in the warm spring water while breathing in the negative-ion-rich air just melts away all the fatigue and stress – it's incredibly therapeutic! "This time I chose this old star hotel to travel with my elderly family members. I also saw the good reviews written by everyone. At first I thought it might be unreal, but after entering, I felt at ease. It was really as everyone said. The service, environment, hygiene, and geographical location were satisfactory. It was much better than those homestays. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic and attentive. He also upgraded my suite to make it easier to take care of the elderly, and sent me goodnight fruit, which was very heartwarming. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Yingde!"

We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful! 2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5.
