This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ~)

The overall experience of staying at Yingde Cliff Mountain Residence this time was very comfortable. The ant cave room type is indeed special, the rounded cave design is eye-catching, and the space is much more spacious than expected. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage, saving some trouble. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very rich, with texture and grade. Art decorations can be seen everywhere in the hotel, with a sense of design. It's like visiting a small exhibition. It's suitable for people who like taking pictures. I took a lot of life photos~ I can't wait to share them, hahahaha, the castle view with lights on at night is a plus, sitting on the balcony and blowing the wind is very comfortable. The souvenirs given at check-out are also a small surprise, and the packaging is very attentive. It is suitable for people who want a quiet vacation and like design hotels to stay for a day or two.

Guest UserThis is the most satisfying hotel for our family of four, 4 days and 3 nights in Qingyuan. The picture is exactly the same as the actual environment.
The hotel is conveniently located, there is a daily necessities store downstairs, there is a pharmacy. There is a breakfast shop around the corner.
The 40-square-meter room is completely clear. There is a world for children to play in the lounge area, and you can play board games on the bed; the beds in the room can be combined, and the two big and two small rests are very loose.
The small living room is similar to a small tea room, where adults can drink tea and talk.
There is a mountain view in the distance outside the window, and there are some low-rise old buildings nearby. You can also tell the children about the contrast between the houses in the 1950s and 1960s and 1970s.
Highly praised hotel windows are double glazing, sound insulation is very good.
The only flaw is that there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, there is no water partition on the ground, and the water is easy to flow to the bathroom door.
It is recommended to add a blackout curtain to the rest area and the living room, which is completely the effect of 1 hall and 1 room. Parents can lie on the sofa in the small living room and brush their mobile phones, which does not affect the children's rest.
Finally, let's talk about the landlord's wife. The service attitude is super good, responsive, and a few packs of tea were sent before leaving.

Guest UserWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival. She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

Amazing overall! Style, taste, and service were all top-notch! Excellent value for money!
1. We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful!
2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming!
3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive!
4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service!
5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value…
6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play.
7. They have collaborations with local cultural and creative brands, and intangible heritage experiences, offering many discounts…
Highly recommend, I'd definitely go back again!!!

Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!

Guest UserAbsolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine.
As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere.
The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!

Take parents and children on vacation during the May Day holiday. Because the elderly are inconvenient to walk and can be easily taken care of, they chose Guanhe Suite 1. The house is very large, the living room is fully equipped, tea set, refrigerator, there are many books on the house shelf, and children. I read a book on the English and German humanistic landforms and read half of it. Unfortunately, time is limited. In addition, there is a kitchen in the suite. The bathroom is very good for dry and wet separation. The staff service is also very warm and thoughtful, and the elderly family is very satisfied with this stay. After returning, I also recommended it like a friend. I have already collected it. I will come back next time.

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

LiangjianshanGiven its mountain location, it's common to encounter small insects. If you're not bothered by this, it could be a good choice. However, there was an issue with the staff regarding the tickets for the Yingxi Peak Forest T3 Organic Tea Garden. We were short-changed on the complimentary tea garden tickets. For our group of three adults and one child, they only provided three tickets instead of the four we should have received. The staff initially claimed that two children could enter with one adult, but upon reaching the tea garden, we were forced to purchase an additional ticket. This meant we were essentially scammed out of one ticket, which was incredibly frustrating. Everything else was largely fine, so I'm baffled why they would cause such an unpleasant experience just to save the cost of a single ticket.
