"Choosing Hailuo Hotel was the first thing I did upon arriving in Yingde. While checking in, I met Wenyan at the front desk, who was very enthusiastic, introducing me to good places to eat, drink, and have fun, and explaining all the important points clearly. At checkout, I met Luling again; she reminded me to get my parking voucher and helped me with my luggage—I had so much stuff! Next time I'm in Yingde, I'll definitely go back to Hailuo. It's generous, welcoming, the rooms are clean and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful and nutritious. I was extremely satisfied with everything."

"Check-in took a while, and the room wasn't ready even though we arrived after 4 PM. The exterior of the guesthouse is nothing special, but once you step inside, it's a pleasant surprise – very well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing two-day weekend getaway."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Facing Camel Peak, the lobby itself is a picture-perfect spot for photos. The afternoon tea coffee was incredibly delicious! I stayed in a courtyard twin room with a hot spring bath, also overlooking Camel Peak. Soaking in the bath in the courtyard was wonderful. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and everything you needed, including a hairdryer, was provided. I especially loved the room's sound system, which could be controlled by voice. The hotel also has a swimming pool with swimming rings and paddleboards – playing in the water in such a tranquil paradise was so much fun! The hotel also has a very, very large courtyard, perfect for taking photos, having barbecues, and outdoor dining/gatherings! The hotel breakfast was also very healthy. After breakfast, you can easily explore the surrounding area and take in many photos. Renting a small electric scooter or driving yourself, you can reach attractions like the tea plantations and the Little Zhaozhou Bridge in just a few minutes. The location is extremely convenient; highly recommended!"

"Environment: Much better than expected. Go on weekends when there are fewer people and you can sit by the river for a day. Service: A pet gift bag was given when you brought your dog to check in, and a special gift bag was given when you checked out. Service: The lady will take you to your own small courtyard or room, tell you the breakfast and afternoon tea time and the housekeeper's phone number. Facilities: Kohler bathroom, my favorite brand, and the toiletries are also good. Sanitation: Clean and hygienic. To be honest, I just slept in the room and spent most of my time strolling by the river. I will stay here again next time when I have free time."

"Overall, I was a little disappointed. The photos were good, but the details weren't great. 1. The pillows and quilt had a damp smell; even with the mosquito coil on, there were still a lot of mosquitoes, which was unpleasant. The air conditioner panel would occasionally light up on its own, and I had no choice but to turn it off. 2. The kettle was all ceramic, even the lid, which looked nice, but it was very hot after boiling water, which was a bit dangerous. The hair dryer had an old, sticky exterior. 3. The electrical plugs either wouldn't plug in at all or were loose and barely usable. 4. The main light wouldn't turn on. 5. The mattress in the tatami area was custom-sized, but the sheets weren't, so the edges didn't match and were messy (the mattress underneath didn't look very clean either). 6. We were told breakfast would be served in the lobby at x time, but when we arrived, we asked and found out we had to eat in the courtyard next door because we had forgotten to turn on the air conditioner. 😓😓 The breakfast was pretty good, so I'll give it a thumbs up."

"Two rooms, two rooms in the courtyard, with a hot spring pool and a swimming pool. It's very quiet at night, and the environment is excellent. It's a 5-10 minute drive to town for meals, perfect for a relaxing stay. The courtyards are very spacious, giving kids plenty of room to play."
