The room was incredibly spacious, with plush bedding facing the mountain view. Soaking in the private hot spring pool while gazing at the distant peaks completely melted away my fatigue. The butler was warm and attentive, even offering to help take photos. The food was authentic, and the breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, which was nice. And the hotel's little cat, whose name is actually "**" (呆萌), was so adorable and charming ❤️."

"I highly recommend this hidden gem of a guesthouse, nestled amidst stunning landscapes! The entire courtyard is surrounded by bamboo groves, and opening the window reveals breathtaking karst mountains. When it rains, the mountain reflections on the water are so beautiful I never wanted to leave. The room was clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The stone table and stools in the courtyard created a wonderful ambiance. Sitting there in the evening, enjoying the breeze and listening to the bamboo rustle, you feel completely removed from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner was also very thoughtful, making my stay incredibly relaxing. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"I have to say that there is such a small paradise less than two hours away from Guangzhou. It is really a paradise for workers. The environment is quiet, and there is a private hot spring in the room, which is private and hygienic. The price is also within a reasonable range. "An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst."

"I came here from Shunde, Foshan, and my friend told me that the hotel environment here is good, so I took advantage of the May Day holiday to experience the three-bedroom, one-living room villa here. The environment here is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lakes, the air is fresh, the facilities are complete, there are hot springs and private garages, it is clean and sanitary, and the butler provides thoughtful and meticulous service throughout the whole process. It's super good, I will come again!"

My only regret is that it's a bit far from Foshan, otherwise I'd visit more often. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious, and there were plenty of activities for kids. My favorite part was the authentic 'gold and silver' hot springs – the water quality is excellent, leaving your skin feeling silky smooth after a soak! The rooms have private hot tubs, so you don't have to deal with crowds, which is incredibly relaxing. The room design is simple yet sophisticated, the bedding is super soft, and the pork offal congee for breakfast is absolutely delicious! The resort offers tons of activities, including fishing, hiking, and even KTV, making it perfect for family trips too! It's my top pick for a weekend getaway from Guangzhou. Escaping the hustle and bustle to breathe fresh air and soak in the springs here is definitely worth it!"

"The location and environment are very good, but the service is a little bit worse. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock and consulted the front desk first. The front desk said that the room was still being cleaned and asked me to go eat first. So we went to the town to eat and got back around two o'clock. The lady at the front desk said it was OK, and after registering, I got the room card and checked in. I was stunned when I opened the door. There's garbage all over the floor and the sheets are in a mess. It's obvious that the room hasn't been cleaned yet. Return to the front desk to communicate (there is no phone in the room, there is a service desk number but no phone for you to call). Told it would be cleaned within half an hour, so I sat in the room and waited. After half an hour, no one came to clean the room. I continued to communicate and asked to change rooms...Finally, they agreed to change rooms. The TV can be turned on, but there is no device to watch TV. I don’t mind it, but the children are not happy. From the perspective of play, the experience is pretty good. The children like it very much because they can get close to the sika deer. The staff, especially the uncle on the cruise ship, were very talkative and enthusiastic. He said that due to the impact of the epidemic over the past three years, popularity has plummeted. The park facilities are only minimally maintained, and after a tour I found that most of the facilities were unusable except for the cruise ship. The entire park has fallen into a vicious cycle. Most of the facilities and equipment are not well maintained, so it cannot attract people. Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. I hope to do better and better."
