The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. While checking in at the front desk, the staff meticulously explained the hotel's various services and policies. Because it was late, they thoughtfully offered us sweet roasted sweet potatoes, and their fridge was also stocked with a variety of cold drinks for guests. This hotel is located in the city center's Wuma Street, surrounded by comprehensive commercial facilities and boasting extremely convenient transportation. Both the hotel's soft amenities and hardware are perfectly tailored to guests, with clearly marked hot and cold taps in the shower. This price can have such a room configuration, which is really good value for money. The most surprising thing is the dining! The buffet breakfast is rich in choices, both Chinese and Western, and there are local specialty snacks with authentic taste. The hotel dinner is also colorful, the dishes are attentive and the taste is amazing. It’s so happy to take into account the food in the store. It’s suitable for travel accommodation or dinner. "Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up! Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite. The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that. Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees. Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities."
