"I brought my parents to Wenzhou for a few days, and unexpectedly, the best memory they have of this trip is staying at this hotel. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, from the front desk to the restaurant servers. We bought a watermelon and asked the restaurant to cut it for us, and they did it without a second thought. The 24-hour sweet potato, tea, and snack service is truly heartwarming. Plus, there's free laundry and drying service, a simple lunch, and afternoon tea. For the price, this place offers excellent value for money. Thank you all, I'll definitely recommend it to my friends."

"The service was great, and the room was very clean. We originally booked a twin room for three people, but they upgraded us to a family room for free, which made us really happy! The service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the shower water wasn't very hot, but maybe that's just because girls tend to prefer hotter showers! Overall, it was still very good. All the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic, and the gentlemen were handsome. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Wenzhou! 😄😄"

Wuma Street Freshly Ground Coffee: They have a coffee machine, but I didn't try it. This hotel is right on the street corner, occupying 9 floors of a building. However, there aren't many elevators, so it can get quite crowded during peak times. Here are the highlights: The breakfast is very generous, with freshly cooked noodles or rice vermicelli, which I quite enjoyed. The front desk staff and housekeepers are quite reliable. The downsides are that the room is incredibly small, the bathroom door faces the bed, and the toilet sometimes leaks continuously. It can also be quite noisy at night. It's also quite close to the building behind it, so if that bothers you, you might want to consider other options."

The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. "I stayed here for four nights and five days. Let me start with the pros: The location is unbeatable, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The service and breakfast were decent, no issues there. Now for the cons: The biggest drawback is how dated the facilities are. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a distinct 'old smell.' Even the front desk staff's chairs were worn out, which gave a very poor first impression. Inside the room, the toilet was still a traditional manual flush, and so were the curtains – no smart amenities whatsoever, which feels incredibly outdated in this day and age. There were old stains visible everywhere on the room walls and floor, and many of the wooden furnishings were clearly aged, as was the hairdryer. The bathroom sink faucet leaked if turned on too high, and one of the window latches was broken, so it wouldn't close properly. I really suggest the owner invests some money to renovate this place! The current state of the facilities doesn't match its star rating, its prime location, or its price."

It's just a few minutes' walk to Qiaolou Historical Park and Mo Pond Park, and getting to Jiangxinyu Island pier is also very convenient. "The room was spacious and the location right on Wuma Street was super convenient. The service was excellent. Staying on the 8th floor made laundry easy and accessible. "The hotel's proximity to the South Railway Station is a plus. We booked a twin room, and a heads-up for business travelers sharing a room with a colleague: there's no door to the toilet, which can be awkward when changing after a shower. The frontline staff were alright. However, it seems the hotel and management are more interested in making money! I was traveling with two adults and two children (one 1.45m tall, one 1.25m tall) and booked for three nights. I asked if breakfast could be complimentary for the children. Initially, the staff said the taller child would be considered an adult, as anyone over 1.4m is charged 72, and children over 1.1m are 36. They offered one complimentary breakfast for the older child, and I'd pay 36 for the younger one on-site. I was fine with that, but upon reconfirming, I was told the 'complimentary' breakfast for the older child was only for one day. I asked the dark-skinned, slim, glasses-wearing male manager at the lobby why, despite staying for three days, only one day's breakfast for one child was complimentary. He said the hotel's authorization was only for one day and that for the other two days, they could only offer me some bread and drinks. I felt brushed off and certainly didn't feel like the hotel appreciated my three-night stay."

When I checked in, the front desk offered freshly baked sweet potatoes and tea, which was a really thoughtful touch. They also told me about the hotel's facilities: there's a self-service laundry room with a dryer on the first floor, and I could even hit the gym if I wanted to. Plus, there's a Wanda Plaza nearby and a night market in the evenings, which is quite fun. They also proactively told me that it's only a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport, which was great since I had a flight the next day. The Olympic Sports Center is also very close. The best part is that the hotel provides three meals a day! Both lunch and supper offer freshly prepared main courses for free. There's a large, free parking lot right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend it, haha! I'll definitely be back next time.

Overall, it was decent, and I'd come again. Although the room wasn't much to look at, the service was excellent, and I slept really well. I mainly trust Kaiyuan hotels. The room design is more business-oriented (and a bit ugly). The layout is mostly functional but has some oddities; the bathroom and bedroom are practically 50/50, making the space feel a bit cramped despite the room being quite large. However, this kind of space gave me a sense of security, and I slept very well. The curtains aren't automatic, which probably reflects the hotel's age. The location is excellent. Being on a high floor, the night view is beautiful (daytime is just okay), even if it's mostly buildings. The staff were enthusiastic and the service attentive; they'd deliver a bathtub liner or makeup wipes if you asked. The glutinous rice at breakfast was delicious. They have an impressive array of egg dishes – 'The Egg Family's Loyal Devotion,' 'N Ways to Prepare Eggs,' 'The Hotel That Respects Eggs the Most' – along with bread and pastries, though those were just average, which explains why no one mentions them. The freshly made local specialty breakfast items were indeed better. I'd suggest they heat the hot milk more; it was barely warmer than room temperature, to be honest, and the taste suffered. Why use waxy corn for the milk corn? It had no flavor, and I suspect the milk was watered down. All the stir-fried dishes were quite good, a little oily. I especially liked the stir-fried cabbage, which was slightly spicy and refreshing. They even gave me a departing gift, which was a nice gesture – some snacks. Thank you. The room's lighting was just okay; the bedroom wasn't great for taking photos with the window view, but the bathroom mirror was fine for selfies. It has a separate toilet and shower, along with a bathtub. You need your card to access the upper floors. Robot delivery is available. The door lock felt quite secure. The room's soundproofing is decent, though you have to close the door with quite a bit of force, so you might hear neighbors closing theirs.

The fairy hotel price is definitely the highest I have ever stayed in, and it feels better than that five-star hotel. 1. The room is clean and tidy, warmly furnished, and makes people feel very comfortable. 2. Complete facilities, spacious space, wide view, people feel like returning to their own home. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the view is wide, and people are in the room.

The room was clean and the latex mattress and pillows were unusually comfortable. The room was very quiet, I didn't expect to sleep happily until dawn during the trip. Dry and wet separation is done very well. The shower is large and very comfortable. The TV is a big projection, but we don't watch TV and videos, so it's useless. The front desk and service staff are very welcoming. An extra bath towel and a pack of paper towels were sent soon. Breakfast is cost-effective, 28 yuan a piece, not 48 in Trip.com . In fact, even 48 a piece, the price is very good. There are shrimp, glutinous rice, green dates, very delicious. Recommended.

I booked this place for a concert, and the price had doubled. However, some details weren't great. For example, there was dust on the phone. Overall, it felt more like a budget hotel, similar to a 'Motel 6' type. The lobby was indeed spacious, but the interior standards were just average.

The best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Room was quite small, but bed was good. No water bottle was provided. The receptionist said, they don’t have supply of water! Toothbrush, comb was on the reception desk, you have to go there in order to bring those to your room. Room floor was old, and wooden color almost faded away. Air conditioner was working, but it was making weird sound as it was an old A.C. Washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had so much dust near the closestool. Also, the washroom door’s screw was loosened, so it felt like it’s gonna fall.
