"What an amazing hotel! The staff, especially the lady who helped us, was beautiful, kind, and provided excellent service 👍. We were even given complimentary roasted sweet potatoes 🍠 upon check-in, which were absolutely delicious! Breakfast is free (7:00–10:30 AM) with both Chinese and Western options. A light lunch is also free (10:30 AM–12:00 PM), offering noodles, wontons, dumplings, and rice noodles. And there's a complimentary afternoon tea (1:00–4:00 PM) with coffee, milk, fruit, and pastries. If you're tired from exploring, they even provide foot bath buckets to help you relax your feet 🦶. All the bottled water and various snacks in the room are free. 📣 And the water is Nongfu Spring in green bottles – plenty to go around! This stay was definitely, absolutely, 100% fantastic! 👍👍👍"

"The environment and hygiene were decent, and since the hotel is new, the facilities are good and complete. They even had a small garment steamer, which I used to quickly iron my acetate dress. However, there was absolutely no emotional value. 1. I booked this room using a Ctrip room upgrade voucher (vouchers can only be used for the most basic room types). Upon arrival, I only received a one-level upgrade (Deluxe King Bed). I checked, and the market price difference is only 50 RMB. If I were to book for a specific day next month via Ctrip, I'd only need to pay an extra 13 RMB. It was a complete waste of my room upgrade voucher for this room; definitely not worth it. 2. I was very dissatisfied with the room itself. It overlooked a stadium, which was fine, but right outside the window was a rooftop full of large outdoor AC units. The noise was constant and loud; I could hear it even with the window closed, and it wasn't just one type of unit, but at least two different ones. 3. I'm not sure if this was intentionally arranged. Our room was the very last standard room at the end of the hallway, directly opposite the suite where a wedding was taking place the next day. From the afternoon before, when they started setting up, until before 6 AM the next morning, a large group of people were constantly coming and going, with endless door opening and closing noises. Staff members were also smoking in the hallway. Both adults and children were affected. 4. After checking in and before my food delivery arrived, I called the front desk to ask if there were any welcome fruits. The front desk staff seriously asked for my room number and then told me: 'If you didn't order it, there are no fruits.' That's an exact quote, haha. I was stunned. Apparently, I hadn't used 1 point to redeem welcome fruits when booking. This is the first time I've encountered such a precise and principled operation, but it offered absolutely no emotional value. I paid over 300 RMB + 69 RMB from 6900 Ctrip points + a room upgrade voucher for this room, and I'm not happy with it. Side note: The doorman at the entrance was quite enthusiastic."

"The hotel is quite old. Shower tap was broken. Had some cigarettes smell inside the room. The breakfast was okay. Small shop is near. Generally I did not like the hotel so much. There are some better hotels for this money in Wenzhou. Near the business partners to visit so have chosen it. Not sure I will accommodate there next time."

"Back in Wenzhou again, but only for a day this time, so I chose this hotel in the city center. It's conveniently located with dedicated parking and valet service. The hotel's design is well-thought-out, facilities are comprehensive, and it offers good value for money. They even have smart toilets and large TVs. The breakfast wontons and noodles were delicious. My booking included a room upgrade, but it wasn't proactively offered. The hygiene was excellent, and there are plenty of delivery options nearby, making it very convenient overall. The soundproofing is a bit weak, so I'd recommend earplugs for those sensitive to noise. My only minor complaint is with the valet parking; they put a large, hard-to-remove sticker with the license plate number on the car key. After a lot of effort to peel it off, the key looked a mess. I suggest they find a different way to identify car keys."

"Overall condition of room were acceptable. Bed sheet were clean or at least visible clean. Staff were friendly however need to be ‘coerced’ to carry requests. Had to insist housekeeping check our room so that deposit can be return before we left the hotel. Check in staffs did not explain that free transportation from hotel to airport were hotel’s bus fixed timing, leading to misunderstandings that transportation can be arranged on ad hoc basis."

The surrounding area has a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets. For this price point, it offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort. On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience."
