The room is quite large and the decoration is new. Binhai and Kaiyuan are the newest hotels in Ruian, but they are still far behind the five-star hotels. The front desk is very stiff, maybe because there are so many customers in the first month. You have to queue up for breakfast, and you need quick eyes and hands for meals. The swimming pool only opens at 9 a.m. and in the evening. We rushed people after 8 o'clock, and the slippers were not disinfected (they were all over the floor ten minutes ago, and they were placed neatly before closing).
