"The B&B we stayed at the day before was quite inconvenient; we couldn't get our laundry dried even overnight. Luckily, our next stay was at Quanjiyuan. We arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, Pudding, and Xiao Jiang, were incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. We didn't have to worry about our laundry; they even washed and dried it for us in the early hours. The next morning, they also delivered breakfast to our room. The room was spacious and bright, and the smart home system was super convenient, with voice control for lights and curtains. I also loved the lobby fragrance at Quanjiyuan. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tekes!"

"Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience! I'd especially like to commend the short-haired, ethnic minority girl at the front desk. She was incredibly sweet, and her service attitude was absolutely top-notch – truly exceeding expectations. She was warm and thoughtful, proactively asking if we needed anything and telling us to call the front desk. She was also very attentive, reminding us of things, and never showed even a hint of impatience throughout our interactions. Communication with her was very comfortable; she spoke with a constant smile, making us feel incredibly welcomed. After we checked in, she even called to ask if we were satisfied with our room. "We arrived in Tekes after 1 a.m. and had looked at several hotels, but none were satisfactory, as we were traveling with family and were quite picky about accommodations. When I walked into the lobby of Hengtong Hotel, I immediately booked a room. The hotel boasts modern facilities, a grand, luxurious, and cozy decor, comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast, and excellent service—it definitely meets the standards of a five-star hotel. Special praise to receptionists Liu Mengyuan and Meihe; their friendly attitude made us feel welcome, especially Liu Mengyuan, who was all smiles and kind-hearted. In short, if you're choosing to stay in Tekes, this hotel is absolutely a no-brainer!"

"Traveling through Duku, not a single day went according to plan I decided to stay in Tekes Bagua City on a whim. I looked at many small B&Bs and finally chose Luye. The reviews all say it is very clean. It is indeed very clean, with complete facilities and a very comfortable bed. In the yard, the lady boss planted apples, prunes and other fruits, as well as many flowers and plants. Although the yard is not big, it is small but beautiful. The boss lady's pancakes are especially delicious If you go to Kalajun, it is worth staying here. There is a pomegranate flower restaurant (I think this is the name) not far from the homestay. "This homestay was the first day I stayed at the B&B in Turks. I went to two hotels in front to see it. The room environment was very bad. Later, I booked it temporarily in Trip.com . The first time I walked into the yard, I was amazed. It was a beautiful building. There are two beautiful gardens in the homestay, and there are a lot of fruit trees and flowers. The design of the homestay is also very beautiful, and the layout of the room is also very like. It is a pity that the rooms in the next night are booked and there is no way to continue. Very recommended this homestay!"

"Due to a heavy snowstorm, the Karakun scenic area was closed, and we had to cancel our original campsite booking within the area. Instead, we booked this campsite near the self-driving East Gate. Upon arrival, we were truly stunned by the canyon view outside our room, especially the breathtaking scenery after the rain cleared up. It made everything feel worthwhile. However, since the hotel only opened in early May, it felt like neither the facilities nor the service were fully ready. Firstly, when we drove in, we couldn't find any signs for the lobby. We had to call the front desk to get directions. The lobby was chaotic when we entered, as a guest's car was stuck in the muddy parking lot and couldn't get out. The front desk staff was also flustered. When we handed over our passports, she seemed unsure how to check us in. Eventually, the process was completed, and we received our room cards, but the room was still being cleaned. We waited over an hour before we could finally enter. The bellboy who helped with our luggage worked incredibly hard, carrying our two large suitcases up the stairs by himself, which made me feel quite bad, as the hotel doesn't have luggage carts. Because of the heavy rain, the air conditioning in the room was completely inadequate, and we were shivering from the cold. We asked the front desk if they had an electric heater, as we had seen one in the lobby, but they said they didn't have any and could only give us extra blankets… Also, the room's phone was out of order. We stayed in two rooms (A129 and A130). Room A129 was extremely cold, with cold air constantly seeping in through the gaps. Moreover, the door in room A129 couldn't be covered by a curtain, so it was super bright all night. In the end, we gave up trying to close it and just slept while looking at the night view. The bathtub in the room had drainage issues, and water flowed all over the floor, which I had to wipe up with tissues for a long time. Finally, breakfast was supposed to start at 9:00 AM, but the chef only entered the kitchen to start preparations at 9:00 AM, and everything wasn't fully ready until almost 10:00 AM. I saw other guests rushing to eat a little something and leave. Hotel staff also didn't gather in the lobby to start work until 9:30 AM. I found it very confusing, as it seemed like we were starting our day earlier than them."

"Pros: 1) One of our best stay in our 2 weeks long trip in Xinjiang 2) They accept foreigners and the service staffs are very friendly and very willing to assist us. 3) They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to the suite room! 4) They give complimentary snacks and fruits 5) Room is spacious, clean and shower pressure is adequate with consistent hot water. 6) Near to many convenience stores and restaurants Cons: 1) Price is a little steep"

"🚘 A perfect getaway for a road trip! A must-visit! This guesthouse was a perfect choice for my road trip, and it didn't disappoint! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. Most importantly, the experience was fantastic! I felt instantly soothed as soon as I entered the courtyard. 🌊 The sound of running water was incredibly relaxing. In the evenings, sitting in the courtyard listening to the water and chatting was incredibly relaxing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, making everything very convenient. The owner was also very honest, communicated efficiently, and even kindly recommended nearby roads and restaurants. This guesthouse made all the difference on my trip!
