The housekeeper was also quite aggressive, repeatedly asking what we wanted. We clearly stated that changing the sheets would solve the problem. She probably didn't want to change them, so she gave us the room next door. The pillows in the next room also had obvious yellow stains, and the sheets still had hair. I showed it to the housekeeper, and she said they were old and their eyesight wasn't good, and that they had already changed the sheets anyway! In the end, we didn't change rooms, and the housekeeper didn't change the sheets or duvet covers! 2️⃣ We booked a twin room for three people, and the room was for two people. We asked the housekeeper for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel, but she kept passing the buck, saying there were some in the room. I explained that there were three of us, and two sets in the room, which wasn't enough. The housekeeper kept repeating that there were some in the room! Since you saw three of us checking in and assigning us a room, I assumed you accepted three people. Is it reasonable for me to ask for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel? I didn't ask for more than the number of guests. 3️⃣ The bedside lamp on the left side of the entrance kept flickering, and the lights in the whole room seemed to flicker constantly, making it very uncomfortable for my eyes while lying in bed. When traveling, we don't need overly enthusiastic service. Just meeting our reasonable requests is fine. Asking for disposable toiletries was met with hesitation and extreme reluctance. The sheets and duvet covers had obvious hair, and we asked for new ones, but they weren't changed in the end, so we just slept in them anyway.

The room is very close to the center of Bagua City, just a short walk away, so the location is super convenient. The breakfast is also decent. Bagua City is a really fun place; there's a dumpling soup that's incredibly delicious. Near the night market, there's also a BBQ stall with amazing grilled skewers – three yuan for one skewer and eight yuan for a chicken leg. Absolutely fantastic!

Choosing Wuyin Zhidi for our trip to Kalajun was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is super close to the East Gate of Kalajun Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive. Our butler, Xiao Ba, wasn't just handsome, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was always responsive to our needs and gave us great tips on the best places to visit and the most beautiful scenic spots – he was really, really nice! As for the hotel room, it was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. They even treated us to a wonderful, extensive afternoon tea with incredibly sweet fruit. This place is definitely worth it! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Stay was okay. Apparently it's a new hotel but there were already too many stains on the carpet. We switched the first room because of a dirty bathroom, but the replacement wasn't a major improvement and smaller. Japanese toilet was broken too. Interior design clearly wasn't done by an architect, as the way the doors block themselves in the bathroom is hilarious. Other than that, it was alright. Laundry room was excellent. Lobby is nicely made. Location is amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Check-in process was a bit long and annoying for foreigners.

Very impressive and great view from the room we stayed in. Can see clear skyline and milky way during winter season. The check-in manager is a young guy with tip-top service. He provided a free upgrade for our rooms and a big plate of welcome fruits platter. Buffet breakfast with spread of variety. Great experience 👍

Self-driving Yili came to Turks. The location of this hotel is directly extra points. It is in the center of Yaocheng. Downstairs is the local specialty restaurants and night markets. It is within walking distance to Taiji Temple and the core punching point of the street. It is not used to drive back and detour, saving a lot of trouble. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, there is no smell, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the room is soundproofed well, and the street noise will not disturb you in the downtown area. The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic and took the initiative to explain the layout of Yaocheng to us. They also recommended the food and niche photo spots that locals often go to. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Convenient parking, one-stop eating, drinking and playing around, it is too suitable to come to Bagua City to play here, I will choose again next time!
