"1️⃣ The room matched the pictures, but there was hair on both beds, even though no one had slept on them. The housekeeper seemed quite agitated when she came in. We clearly stated that we believed they had changed the sheets, but the obvious hair was unpleasant, and we hoped they could change them again. The housekeeper was also quite aggressive, repeatedly asking what we wanted. We clearly stated that changing the sheets would solve the problem. She probably didn't want to change them, so she gave us the room next door. The pillows in the next room also had obvious yellow stains, and the sheets still had hair. I showed it to the housekeeper, and she said they were old and their eyesight wasn't good, and that they had already changed the sheets anyway! In the end, we didn't change rooms, and the housekeeper didn't change the sheets or duvet covers! 2️⃣ We booked a twin room for three people, and the room was for two people. We asked the housekeeper for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel, but she kept passing the buck, saying there were some in the room. I explained that there were three of us, and two sets in the room, which wasn't enough. The housekeeper kept repeating that there were some in the room! Since you saw three of us checking in and assigning us a room, I assumed you accepted three people. Is it reasonable for me to ask for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel? I didn't ask for more than the number of guests. 3️⃣ The bedside lamp on the left side of the entrance kept flickering, and the lights in the whole room seemed to flicker constantly, making it very uncomfortable for my eyes while lying in bed. When traveling, we don't need overly enthusiastic service. Just meeting our reasonable requests is fine. Asking for disposable toiletries was met with hesitation and extreme reluctance. The sheets and duvet covers had obvious hair, and we asked for new ones, but they weren't changed in the end, so we just slept in them anyway."

The very enthusiastic young man helped with the luggage. The front desk was smiling and served. The words of the guests were used as words. The big green trash can affected the vision and surrounded it with wood. There were also ethnic costumes that could be changed. It is strongly recommended to try their breakfast. If it weren't for the itinerary, I would stay for one more night for this hotel. Before leaving, I would also send a souvenir that was not perfunctory and tall, and I would go back to send my friends to have noodles. Breakfast is satisfying, full of energy after eating"

"My stay at this campsite truly exceeded my expectations! The surrounding scenery is beautiful. Although it's autumn and not the lush green of summer, the unique vastness of the autumn grasslands creates a particularly healing atmosphere. The entire campsite is very quiet, far from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for unwinding and relaxing. What amazed me most was definitely the night sky! The air was clear, and the night sky was clean and bright, with a luminous moon. Later in the night, a blanket of stars slowly emerged, and looking up revealed a dazzling Milky Way – truly an incredible ambiance. The room even thoughtfully provided a telescope, allowing for an up-close stargazing experience, which was a fantastic touch. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, and they responded quickly to any requests. Here, you can truly unwind and immerse yourself in the grasslands and the starry sky. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway and a chance to stargaze; it’s a truly rare and wonderful experience."

"The hotel has 3 buildings. We were staying in building 2 at the 4th floor. There was no hot water. After 20 minutes the water was a little warm. People came checking, the solution was put both hot water cranes, shower and sink on! It doesn't really helped, more than a little warm. That's it. They told us that the hot water boiler is in building 1 with a pipe under the parking place to building 2. Hopeless!! A day later I want to have shower, still no hot water. After complain at the desk we could have a room in building 1. Here was at least hot water. Wifi is on and off. If the central powerswitch is on it keeps going. For the light you can use one other switch. The breakfast is chinese only. Start early or there is less to choose. They don't fill it up. For touristic information you must not be in the hotel. We could get some information at the busstation. There is no tourist information office at all in Tekes, only at Kalajun Ecological Tourist Area for visiting Kalajun grassland."
